I HATE this architecture. Does no one in ARizona understand that adobe is no longer necessary ????? Move into the 21st century for crying out loud. Brown is ugly, it's dirty looking, it's horrible, especially when every freaking house looks exactly the same.
It looks so bland with no creativity.
We think each home we shoot is unique in its own way but it’s definitely outdated and not something I would personally live in but to each their own! It seems like it’s a great opportunity to remodel since the location is perfect.

Nice house, 4 car garage is fantastic. Just need a ton more land. Move it to 2-4 acres and you might have a buyer, I hesitate to say more until I see more. The video spent too much time outside and not enough inside. Need to see the master, at a minimum.
Thanks for the feedback! I find that most lots in Paradise Valley are 1 acre. It’s a highly desired place to live. This house already sold a long time ago. Some videos we produce show a more in-depth tour of the home while others are just to entice people to see.

No this house was not for sale at the time when we shot this, the home was designed by an architect and Interior designer. I was hired to shoot the outside of the home with the drone.
