Great intro on the ecosystem, look forward to seeing more successes!
Ziply Fiber is going from gigabit fiber to gigabit DSL in my condo and I'm getting the full gigabit DSL from the phone jack. There is no fiber cabinet out on the street but all the condo units phone lines meet up with the fiber in the condo's utility room.
Thank you for a very insightful episode Charlotte! I got my first mobile phone at university in 1996 with Vodafone, and vividly recall the feeling of the genuine shift of no longer needing to use my trusted BT physical payphone card to call home. As someone who then worked in the consumer tech industry for over a decade, I still consider myself an 'analogue person in a digital world'. My very first big corporate job was being in charge of the massive datacenters located in the old Financial Times buildings in the Docklands, on behalf of one of the incumbent telecoms at the time. Really enjoyed this & looking forward to the next episode.
Thank you Charlotte and Ben for this episode 2 . What a fascinating mobile phone industry ! can't wait for the episode 3
