Excellent craftsmanship!
My first impulse was to make a joke if you were ever a member of that A-ha band. But then you showed that die foe deep forming (stamping) and I thought: blimey... this guy is serious. So... have you ever thought of aluminum casting ? This way you could implement waveguide and some isogrid stiffening on the inside.
Joku tässä ei täsmää. Laskennallisesti 500l määrään menee yli 30kwh ilman lämpöhäviöitä. jos vesi on ollut esim autotallin peruslämpöstä (10c°) niin 16kwh ois veden lämpötilan saanut nostettua korkeintaan jotain 40 asteiseksi. Korjatkaan jos olen väärässä.
Tää versio et vastus on pöntön sisällä, teki aika isoja kerrostumia tankin sisälle. Lue ylä ja alalämmön ero 50%. Kakkosversio ssa vastus on putkessa missä vesipumppu kierrättää vettä säiliöön.
Very intetesting. Is it a cover to existing wheels ?
Will make my own wheel model for Evs and in Tesla. Will lower consumption - 10% with correct tires
@@vesatiainen9701 How you check the cooling flow and the drag ? Which technology to make them ?
Do you guys think fender flares have a Similar affect since it in a way blocks the wheels
Aika pellepeloton ratkaisu, mihin tuon energian käyttää? Ahaa, en tuo autoa vaan kontin talliin.
Vinkkinä saada letku muoviastiaan kiinni. Presta venttiilistä saa 6 mm letkulle liittimen. Polttoaineet vaatii NBR kumiset tiivisteet. Isompia kokoja saa kauppatavarana.
Miten vesi saadaan kiertoon?
Its always nice to watch people with the same interest but some step and skill ahead of mine. Thx for the video. Im gonna start making my aluminum speaker tomorrow.
Hey hope you hit your 1000 subs soon 😊😊
They will corrode each other.
In a race application it doesn't experience rain snow or road salt. lol Not much corrosion happening even with dissimilar metals. Especially since they will be changed out long before any corrosion happens.
I wish I could have Tig welded that for this video. I wonder what a 3 cube box with a slot port
excellent
Amazing channel!! You have a new subscriber! A little tip, go and search for smzeus . c o m! Loads of KZread channels use the site to promote their videos!!
The best sounding speaker is the one that sounds best for you and no other opinion on the internet really matters. I applaud the fact that you wanted to venture into the "unknown" and did things your own way and didn't go down the copy generation mentality. For me there is a difference between someone speculating about something and someone actually doing it. The only way we push boundaries is by experimenting and doing things, and so you did. We don't see pure aluminum enclosures because of material and production/processing costs. There are so many ways to manipulate and damp enclosures so I FULLY support your venture into seeing what is possible. That is where magic happens :)
Will you be placing the battery pack and traction motor as part of your engineering work?
One battery model is already put on model, but need more details on suspension a arms to see will they fit where I want to put it. And do I need to make it wider etc.
So no airbag in the steering wheel?
There will be normal bag on the steering wheel.
Aluminum is typically not a good material from which to make speaker enclosures. As far as I know, the only successful ones made from this material have used thick-walled castings.
Check out genelec or magico speakers. Genelec uses casting and magico extrusions. More and more aluminum box speakers are coming to market.
@@vesatiainen9701 Interesting, but I remain unconvinced! Not sure why you'd pick a material that rings a lot, then have to damp it an equally great amount.... rather than start with a material that doesn't ring much. My pick is concrete.
@@JulianEdgar where does the ring get started as speakers elements are basicly moving freely from the enclosure? Subwoofer frequencies are much lower where there is more energy involved.
@@vesatiainen9701 All enclosure panels have natural resonant frequencies. These are the the frequencies at which the enclosure walls, floor (etc) will become excited when the air pressure fluctuations (ie sound waves) within the enclosure match the natural resonant frequencies of the panel. The internal damping of the material (ie how dead it sounds when struck) is a good indication of how excited the panels will get. Hit a lump of aluminum with a hammer. Now hit a similar thickness of concrete with a hammer. Which rings - and which doesn't? Now, make a spherical speaker enclosure from concrete. Stiff and non-resonant (dead).
Its true that conrete is better in the sense of ringing. There are some manufacturer that makes conrete boxes, problems start to come with weigth easily. Just this aluminum one weigths around 55kg If you plan to ship them abroad or just moving it inside the house. Friend made one box from stone and it was also dead. I have used polyester resin with sand glasfiber mix in some previous projects inside the box to make it more rigid.
Look good!
Very cool idea. Is it for sale anywhere? I'd like to try it.
Price is at the moment 20€ per piece for the 3/8" adapter including shipping inside europe. Sold at the moment only through my email [email protected]. Payment method is Paypal but I will write instructions on the mails. Title of the mail Tuneko socket adaptor order or enquiry.
Nice, but you have to use large wrench which might be difficult due to tight spaces. Also it seems that adapter easily slides in and out of the wrench, would be good that the adapter accidently did not slide out of the wrench and fall somewhere. Maybe more magnets, or some sort of rubber bushing.
You can cut that wrench shorter if needed. Also you can have the wrench head on angle which will help on certain places. If you dont want the tool to slide so easily add clear plastic tape layer over the tool. Magnet could work, but it will also weaken the tool a lot if you put the to the outer egde.
