  This is how they get dumb rich people to spend ridiculous amounts of money, i can guarantee you traditional cheap tiramisu tastes way better than this trash. He literally poured some coffee over a biscuit, and put some cream, thats IT. WAKE UP. The coffee didnt even have any time to soak into the ladyfinger, as it should idealy rest at fridge temp for 48 hrs to soak. What a joke, and that “chef” probably thinks his customers are complete morons for buying into this crap, and he would be right.

  Why does the owner chef Fernando think he can talk down to a local??? His waiter was promoting take away bread and I bought some. Asked for extra butter and he said the chef did not agree to give more. So I spoke to the chef and he arrogantly told me that I am making too big a deal of the matter. Should a Colombian OWNER chef speak in such a way to a local customer??? I am definitely not going back to pay to be treated badly by a foreigner. Food wise, it ok, very average for SGD1,000 + for 4 pax.
