This might be a nice house, but who can tell, with the terrible camera work. Smooth and steady is more important than speed especially when using a cheap cell phone for the video!

@@WhiteVillasInSpain It isn't the cheap phone that is the problem! It was not matching your pace to your equipment for the best possible result. I've seen great video done with horrible cameras! It just takes a little more time. The video person ran through the house like they were there to rob it. If I may suggest a place to start! Buy a "Stabilizer", they're not insanely expensive, keep everything level and really help you focus on the framing of your shot! A video can always be slowed or sped up after it's been shot, but when you Pan to fast during filming the picture can become out of focus and pixelated. You can solve that with a slower pace and possibly a pause or two. But to do the above you need to take your camera and figure out what "pace" best matches it's capabilities. I hope this was helpful.
