The reason I was asking for this video, I have seen some of digital nomad vloggers saying that to live in sri lanka it takes $2000 per month. Yeah in a laxury way. But this is what exactly the price if you are budgut the trip you can go around 800$. Thank you for that

  Harassment to white European women. It seems to be a cultural norm there. I noticed it is very prevalent in Sri Lanka which cry about Buddhism than in most part of India. In most other Asian countries it is less obvious. Even though there is less physical harm, the looks and the attitude towards white women is repulsing where the land is covered with temples.

  Sri Lankan buses are madness to be honest. I'd catch an intercity AC bus if possible and avoid these mad buses. Blasting music at full volume is not a pleasant way to travel multiple hours. I a Sri Lankan native avoid these whenever possible.

  No buddhist cultural heritage in kandy either u should be Hindu or Christian . I was born and raised in kandy all tea estate empire belongs to our parents & their ancestors . Ancestors means Generations . When British arrived in Ceylon forced to taken by them then again Singhalese . Of course my parents from northern province 20 miles away from Jaffna

  We saw them on the roads, but when we asked about how to get to our destinations, everybody sent us to just ordinary buses :)
