I play everything from Neo-Soul Jazz to Metal and Classical to Country and everything in between! I’ve played guitar on Carnival, Princess and Celebrity Cruise Ships between 2015-2018 and have visited 40 countries and 6 continents to date as a result. From New York to Nashville, I also teach music (guitar and bass) and am in multiple bands, including my solo neo-soul/LoFi/acoustic project.

@@Commander_Grub hell yeah man thank you! It’s basically 29”-27.5” , I didn’t want such a big fan , I play Strandbergs which have only like a 0.5” fan and I love it but for a baritone it makes more sense to have just a little more but not too much . It’s perfect!
If you have time, swap the strings and tune up to E-standard and play some songs that have a clean-er tone and lots of chords. The longer scale will add some musicality over a standard 25.5" scale.

That baritone sounds killer! I had a terrible experience with Firefly. But I'm willing to give them another chance for this guitar. Hopefully it becomes available again. They have a SG/ Viper shape baritone right now. Wich is cool. But I prefer the LP. Does this guitar have any neck dive issues? My Viper baritone did that's why I'm passing on the Firefly. I figure there's probably more weight in the LP body preventing dive. Btw sick cover man sounds great.
No neck dive issues that I can tell and it’s not as heavy as a Gibson but it’s not light either. Join the firefly Facebook groups for updates! They just had another run of this model but a lot of people got lemons, the first run was the superior run. This guitar is so good now that it’s upgraded with lundgren M6s and other things I’ll never sell it, it’s a joy to play every time I pick it up. Insane the value you get for just $230. Join the Facebook groups and you’ll get the notices, these sell out quickly, the last run I saw a lot of people having a lot of issues and the guitars not being very well looked after but it’s always worth a try for only $236. I just installed Lundgren M6s and 2 push pulls and a 6-way toggle switch, brass nut, .72-.14 Stringjoy strings, new tuners, and this thing riiips, one of my favorite guitars. Crazy how cool and good these are when they’re upgraded 🤘🏽🔥🐉

what is the tunning for an 8 string guitar
Honestly you only need 3 strings to play this lol and the 3rd string is only used for a harmonic on the second to last riff. Tuning is Double Drop C# so you really only need C#1-G#-C# but the whole tuning for 8-string would be C#1-G#-C#-F#-B-E-G#-C#

With a guitar like yours, I think it’s a 7 string? Correct me if I’m wrong, do you have to do a pain in the ass tuning as well? If not, I might look into buying a 7 string. It’s a long scale length which means it’s meant for and can handle lower tunings much better than normal guitars but yeah they played 6 strings on this album, they play 7 strings now but you can play everything from this album of theirs on a 6 string, just tune to drop B. You don’t need a 7 but you can also do it on a 7 if you have one or just want to 🤘🏽🔥🐉
