  Have to say. I love virtual machining. I wasn't sure how user friendly it would be when I started using it but it's phenomenal. No more over-travels, smooth 5 axis, it's pretty dang flawless. I can't believe how the linking movements require ZERO input from me. Very clever.

  Took delivery on a Hermle C250 two months ago. The machine has been nothing short of amazing. I dream of a Hermle C42 with HsFlex. I also dream of switching to Hypermill from Mastercam!

  Without a doubt this is the best video I´ve ever seen on CAM applications for tool making. Kudos to the creators. As a user I can say HyperMill is the absolute best option for 5 axis machining and HPC.

  I love Hypermill, is a very nice software but you really need to start to create your training library, is very hard to learn something by your own, and many other softwares have a lot of video trainings. Thas is how you reach more clients.... of course, is my point of view and what i heard all the time with my clients. Thanks for the video :)

  Das erinnert mich an sehr an mein Projekt. Da hätte ich auch gerne eine 5-Achs und entsprechende Software dazu gebrauchen können.   @@OPENMIND-Technologies 5 axis Contouring doesn't allow chamfer mills, so i assume you guys used and endmill and used a free tip geometry to make a chamfer mill. I Hope you guys in the Future come out with a multi axis deburr, would be very handy. Any plans for something like that in the future or is there any onlineBox we can send suggestions?

  ​​​@@iRaised95end mill...taper! But We have edge breaking for..5X chamfer and radius.You may use chamfer tool or ball nose.
