Zoro is by far stronger but Tobirama gets speed, all iq goes to him period, and he has far better abilities like his flying thunder god slash. And Tobirama is a master at sword combat as well. His sword is literally The Sword of the Thunder God and is known as one of the strongest sword in Naruto.

Speed alone should tell you all you need to know. Power wise. zoro can easily cut meteors and mountains which not many characters come even close in Naruto show. Durability... Sasuke would take down the entire straw hats alone and Naruto would take out all 4 emperors by himself . Don’t compare him to zoro and no way u said Madara is slower than zoro. Madara was able to play around with the 4th raikage who was stated to be around light speed while fighting and Madara was also able to stop Naruto who is way faster than the raikage (in kcm 2) . Besides most characters in Naruto could easily destroy mountains . Jiraya , Tsunade , Sakura , even choji did it and Tobirama was likely stronger than ems Sasuke (first half war arc ) no way he loosing to zoro

Please stop looking down on Zoro, or any of the One Piece characters. It just shows how biased and ignorant you are. Zoro has been shown killing Ryuma, a reanimated corpse. He has observation haki which can track where ever Tobimara is able to teleport too. Zoro has been shown capable of defeating opponents while being submerged underwater for an extended amount of time.
