why do u work with a jacket... is miss it when all baristas had to wear all the same clothes. Just classic luxury. nowadays everyone just wears different clothes... I don't even know if it's a barista or a costumer making coffee.
@Pete6691i14 күн бұрын
Why do I wear jacket? Of course, it's so cold at that time. Wearing uniform or not depends on the workplace. If they don't have rules about that, we can wear anything. You don't know it's barista or customer making coffee? Of course, that's a barista. Some customers don't even know what they ordered.

@@Pete6691i here it’s cold too in winter (-20 C ) and I always wear an uniform…and even if there isn’t a rule about that… i would wear an uniform on my own…of course the costumer knows that u are a barista..but only if everyone wears an uniform at work!
If you know how to do froth for those two coffees, then you just do it in one jug than also contain enough milk for 2 cups. Then you just roughly split about half cup put in another jug, and start pouring cap first with the main jug, and flatwhite after. That's it.

Australians are weird. They claim to have a strong coffee culture and all you can see is lattes and caps. You can give them any type of roast or blend and they won't notice because they like to hide the flavour with sugar or milk rofl.

Strong coffee culture doesn't mean strong specialty coffee culture or strong espresso culture or strong filter coffee culture. They drink coffee a lot with just basic menus like cap, flatwhite, or latte. I never hesitate to make them. By the way, if you drink coffee, you may know the difference of light or medium or dark roast through milk. It's pretty obvious.
