The only way that we can trust the counting of ballots is if there is live feed at all times of every counting station. Where you see the ballots going in, the counting, any jams, anything. Every desk has a camera shining down on it, showing what the person is doing at all times.
The guy saying that there was not fraud in Detroit because there were not more votes cast than the number of registered voters is trying to pretend like there cannot be fraud. If there are 500K voters in the city, and 250K votes counted, who is to say that 250K people actually voted? 200K could have voted and they could have had 50K fraudulent ballots. And that would equal 250K ballots.
