See my other choir channel @northskychorale. I'm a retired High School choir & performing arts teacher. Here you'll find choir & musical vids from my 30+ year career, choral score read-along vids, some family vids, and a bit of a classic Cadillac.
It should be available at any sheet music store where choirs get their scores.

I added more information to the video, including this version's English and a proper English translation from the original Latin. The text in this recording was probably edited for protestant churches and choirs, as the original is a hymn to Mary (much more Catholic).

The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. We beheld the glory of the Father, we beheld the glory of the Father, full of grace and truth. In the beginning was the Word. The Word, the Word was with God. In Him was life, was life; and the life was the light of men. He came, he came to his own, and his own, and his own received him not. The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. We beheld the glory of the Father, we beheld the glory of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Wow, a beautiful work and so beautifully sung! My heart is blessed, both to hear high school students excelling in classical choral music and to hear this piece that is based on both Psalm 22 and also the words of Jesus on the cross. May all who sing and all who hear it be deeply moved by the immensity of its meaning

Never was a religious person. But the sheer magnitude of this music holds weight, amplifying my imagination of the Jewish prisoners' suffering, their belief in human kindness even when they've witnessed and experienced the darkest horrors of human evil. Music transcends all religions, race, and barriers. May there be peace in everyone's heart.
