Without knowing the exact circumstances there may be a few remedies. 1. The pork rind needs to be salted and dried before being placed in the air fryer. 2. The pork did not have a large enough layer of fat under the skin so it dried out and became too hard. 3. The pork skin may benefit from being punctured with lots of holes from a fork, tool or scored with a knife. Followed by a generous amount of salt to draw out the moisture. 4. It may have just been a dud piece of pork. I hope you have better luck in the future And keep on trying champion. 😊
