  Yeeeaaaahh... Bob was always that sorta goofy lovable character. Unless his early scenes impressed the Duffers and they decided to rewrite and RESHOOT scenes, i dont buy the original concept of another douchebag dad. However...   Considering the latest S5 leaks of Vecna back in human form in a scene with Holly outside of the Creel House it makes me think that him going back in time is a big part of his plan. In Nancy's vision Vecna said that "I want to show you where I'm going" & then showed her the grandfather clock moving backwards which is possibly hinting at time travel to the past for some reason.

  Some people think this is not true, because they have different eye colors. Obviously they will because they are actors, but because he was most likely injured in the massacre, he may have suffered head trauma and his eye color changed. We also know that eleven grew up believing that she was the one who killed all the children at the lab. This is because after sending Henry to the upside down, her body was overwhelmed with power and she fainted. Dr Brenner also walked in after Henry was gone, and assumed that Eleven was the one who killed everybody. That was why she had to go into the sensory deprivation tank, so she could re experience her memories and realize the power within her. Because 10 was most likely injured in the massacre, he probably lost his grip on his powers after being injured. He also probably had to hide what he knew, because he was considered an outsider and he knew the dangers of Hawkins. He most likely forced himself to forget anyway because it was too much for him to comprehend. I know that this comment is very long, but thank you to everyone who took time to read my extra additions to this theory.

  Why was Noah Schnapps name not in the beginning credits in season 1. Wasn’t Will Byers what the beginning story line was about? I just noticed that today after beginning to watch Stranger Things again. I mean “The Vanishing of Will Byers” seems that he is a main character. Can anyone explain????

  True but I think because he vanishes in the first episode ( and during the season he's only really shown in flashbacks until the last 2 episodes and also the one episode in the middle when Joyce rips off the wallpaper ). Also because they didn't know if there were going to be any other seasons with the same cast.
