Wow John that looks sooooo fun!!! I started leaning away from short course/desert truck bodied vehicles for my next possible big basher. Was thinking Rustler/Vorteks or like a Kraton. My son kills B7 every single week with the 6.4 on carpet mod and stock buggy.
Carpet different beast. I loved my B6.4D, but from what I’ve seen the B7D is faster on that surface. But give a young hot shot an older car and they can still whoop these veterans.

Not sure which bit it was but doing this and then unplugging my computer fixed the issue. It may have just been the unplugging that fixed it.

Can you tune a C hub to behave exactly like a pivot ball where you have better on power steering?
I’ve not heard of this advantage of pivot balls before. I don’t find the C hub lacking in on power steering at all. You can get different degrees of hub, 15, 18, 21 to tune but I like the kit feel, more than any pivot ball car I’ve driven.

Everyone at my club ditched Roche for Exotek , I drove the Evo 2 for at least 3 seasons and now I'm really liking the exotek it has more adjustability and faster, If Eddie Mon would have raced more u would have not been on the podium

Rc8x is a failure of a remote and radiolink is a joke of a company. Do not support companies that don't support their customers
The Sony Live View Remote is a POS since I got it a few years ago. Only works occasionally when it wants to. Plus the Sony AS300 camera menu settings icons are a nightmare to interpret, the manual is no help at all. The only thing that is good is the camera lens and optical stabilization.
Once you got into a groove, you had some real nice tight lines.
I tried removing speed limiter on my f30 this morning and it said failed. Is it possible for BMW?

What about the track in Marrickville does that track run all year?
@@chadmarsolais6975 I'm not aware of a track in Merrickville what's it called? There is Electrosport RC in Manotick, Spring thru Fall Wed Night racing 1/10 2WD or 4WD Buggies. Those are my two closest tracks. I'm not doing that this year so far though. If you want all year onroad carpet racing that's Kingston they have a year round spot.

That's a good summary of my RC racing career. hehehe.. Hard to be fast and consistent when you have to keep letting faster people by you in the A. I find that incredibly difficult to do without losing a lot of time, which is why I got more aggressive as it went on but then I overcompensated and hit and spun Jake. Dropped from 97% in B to in the 80s% in A.
Now being 2024 just wondering if the cam is still working if not what have you replaced it with - just looking at using one as a dash cam for when we are on road trips and does it does let you to do live view using the smart phone ?, cheers Glenn v from NZ
I replaced it with GoPro 7, then 8, and now an 11. These Sony cams are good when new, but lose focus and sound quality over time because they just glued the internals in.. I wouldn't recommend a used one.
Don't get an action cam for dashcam use. Get a dashcam. I've had good luck with VanTrue models, they use good sony sensors.
Good race john On another subject im just getting on to rc and i stopped in at the tracks you run at on Saturday but there wasn't anyone there i went to Marrickville nobody went to smith falls also nobody do these places still operate in the summer?
No, the on road carpet racing is shutdown for spring and summer. Runs Oct to May, aprox every other Sunday. rcscoring.ca for that schedule. But if you want to do asphalt outdoor that does happen thru the summers. Valley Ventures RC does that.. and CTSR too.

Hello! I found the steps adaption and all the way to Tube Settings. When I try to change vatiants my OBDeleven says something like not availiable every time I try to apply the new setting. Any clue?

i cant get the "overclock" thing to work it just bricks the monitor untill i reset cru completely nvidia control panel works though
Cutch lock nut was not tight enough Basically you want no slip on that clutch, then when you apply the new upscaled power it will slip For your dif thicker high temp grease
What dsg tune do you have now ?
