Sorry to be the voice of dissent but how is that a lesson? “Learn all triads and arpeggios in all keys” is akin to saying “just learn everything and you will be a great musician!”. HOW do we best learn these things? What is the insight here?

Someone asked for the name of the band..the bassist Ira Coleman is superb here…floating around and thru the beauty being created here. We have the CD by Mr. Jackson, Sunflower. Now my wife listens to country music. But Sunflower is her favorite album.

The first time I heard this was on a road trip with my dad while we were listening to XM radio. We didn't realize the name of the song; we were just grooving along when suddenly, they sang, "Taco with a Pork Chop!!" I paused and looked at him, asking, "Did they just say 'Taco with a Pork Chop?'" We both burst into laughter, and it has been our inside joke ever since.
