  Wasn’t this track from one of the band members of talking heads and bootsy Collins too? Interesting collaboration,, back in this era it was all about those “stuttering-samples” like Paul Hardcastle’s “19” I always looked at this track as the answer to Air Force 1 “See the light/feel the heat”
