Social media leads to more of this cus u grow up with it as a tool for socialization, its crazy bc the apps were designed more as marketplaces not socializing which is crazy because it leads to narcissistic traits within people if used purely for socializing

Hey doc, can you do a video on reels in particular? I deleted all my apps with anything resembling reels/tiktoks (KZread, Instagram, Snapchat, etc). I stopped those and I feel normal again. Driving better and more attentively, feel super productive at work, better and more "personal" social interactions, to name a few. Ive also noticed people who are on social media all the time can NOT maintain eye contact or convey ideas properly. My language is also way less vulgar and concise. I also find it hillarious to have people have to explain influencer current events to me and see their shock when I have no idea what theyre talking about.

This is true. I did a media fast and noticed within a 24 hour period a Huge psychological difference in behavioral and thinking patterns. Best way to describe it is imagine you have a bad headache and you take Tylenol and you can feel it lifting. The best side effect is a higher productivity level. I believe the internet as a whole has algorithms designed more to hurt you than assist you. Essentially it's a weapon used by people for nefarious ends.

I had panic attacks for years and found out it's because I had undiagnosed sleep apnea for years. After about a year with a CPAP they went away and I went right back to my old ways. Drinking way too much, ignoring my need for sleep, and surprise, surprise, my panic attacks are back. I have a lot on the line and I need them to go away asap. I'm willing to make the changes. Aside from stopping drinking, what else can I do?

Trish, you know my wife would never let me work with you to try and get a hard on. I suspect you would never let it happen either and you’d turn me to your “team”. You are the promoter of the outfit. But Trish, there is a new woman I have run across, her name is Arica Angelo. She really is that woman. You should tell your partner. If he has ever imagined a woman telling him what to do and how to do it, have him turn on her. She might be “the one”. As my failed Harvard doctor used to call it.

It's not as east as saying don't use it not when it becomes an addiction that's difficult to break away fromm I've been reminded many times by others to find other distractions bur they failed to mention what these were abd so for me reaching for my phone under 30 seconds every hour of the day is way too much and I truly wish I could break free or cut down my time on a phone or tablet screen the latter using it for other purposes I'm ashamed to mention

The theory that the mind is syncing to screen refresh rate thus gets more fatigued seems to be related to CRT displays. Modern displays have the opposite effect. Typically a 120Hz screen is perceived as more relaxing and pleasant than a 60Hz one.
