    I'm Arthur Bhutic. Be a small lane on the sides of the feeder rds as far east as Lockwood Dr and be separate from the feeder rds to make way for right turn and merge lns. Be a small ln on the sides of the freeway as far east as Waco St on the sides of the shoulder lns with barriers. This small lns are for atvs, bicycles, power bicycles, go-karts, mo-peds, and power scooters. Pedal bicycles, must only stay on the small lns on the sides of the feeder rds. The small lns on the sides of the feeder rds, must have left turn tunnels. The small lns on the sides of the frwy must get exit ramps after intersections and entrance ramps before intersections. Feeder rds must arch, to make way for this ramps. The small lns on the sides of the frwy, must tunnel exit ramps and entrance ramps. Too be on this small lns on the sides of the frwy be Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome who're Mildly Mentally Challenged below IQ 55, Moderately Mentally Challenged, Centenarians, and Children. Cable towers, just like the Arthur Ravanel Bridge in Charleston, South Carolina. Must be 10 lns. Must be 2 additional bridges. That's 4 lns (2 lns 1 way) with shoulder lns. Must be side rds at the I-10 Bridge over the San Jacinto. Must be 4 lns. This is to intersect with S Main Feeder Rds and Independence Pkwy. Independence be a wide mdn rd. At driveways and intersections be right turn and merge lns. Be sidewalks not to be close to the rd, to make way for right turn and merge lns. Sidewalks at intersections get sidewalk ramps. I used to live to the north-northwest of there in the 1980s. The median of I-10 as far east as 146, must get an island median of plants and trees, just like with interstates in Greenville, SC. Be an above grade level rapid transit train line at Elysian. Due to flood tunnels, will be a subway line at Elysian. At Maxey Rd, be an above grade level tram train line and an underground tram train line. At Elysian, an Amtrak Train runs above. At Elysian, be an above grade level magnetic levitation train line. Can be a bumper to bumper at times for 24 hours on the West Loop, especially between I-10 and 69. The underground express get interchanges with 225, I-10 E, I-69 N, I-45 N, I-45 S, Tx 288, S Post Oak, I-69 S, I-10 W, and US 290. The underground express under the East Loop: Must get interchange ramps with Future South East Loop Ext, Clinton, Gellhorn, Wallisville, McCarty, and Future North East Loop Ext.     I'm Arturo Bhautic. I-610 Feeder Rds must tunnel I-69 N, I-45 N, I-45 S, I-69 S, I-10 W, and US 290. I-610 Feeder Rds must be below grade level at I-10 E and Tx 288. I-69 N, I-45 N, I-45 S, I-69 S, I-10 W, and 290 at 610 must have feeder rd tunnels. I-10 E and 288 at 610 must get below grade level feeder rds. I-610 must have a 1 bridge overpass over Wallisville and McCarty, Shepherd and Durham, Woodridge and Telephone, S Wayside and Long Dr, Buf Spdwy and S Main, Post Oak Blvd and San Felipe, and Fournace and Bissonnet. The Sidney Sherman Bridge must be lengthened. The south end must be halfway between, Tx 225 and Old Galveston. The north end must be halfway between, Clinton Dr and Market. Must be raised to 209 ft. Must have 2 additional bridges that are feeder rd bridges being a total of 4 lns (2 lns 1 way). Over here, must at the Ship Ch, must have outside feeder rds. The outside feeder rds be 4 lns (2 lns 1 way). The outside feeder rds will intersect Clinton and Lawndale Drives. Too, to have a free ferry at the Ship Ch.
