This is actually soya kebab, not soya chaap. Without gluten the meaty texture doesnt come. Nevertheless, soya kebab too tastes nice.

Superb recipe! I made it and wanted to eat the whole pan in one day. It was such a simple, fast, and tasty recipe. I’ve been following Chawla Kitchen for 5 years now. There are lots of recipes videos on KZread but hers are always authentic and tasty. My mom makes this dish for parties along with kadhi and raita. She adds thin slices of potatoes with the onion.
After puyting it in zipolck whete do we keep it, in the fridge, or outside.
