    Pls can you share something about preventative care to prevent the necessity for what is clearly an excellent system in place for acute help to save lives due to heart problems? For example, diagnosis of Mitral valve problems that could benefit from a mitral valve repair instead of waiting too long for a serious situation to occur? Also, be great more information to be aware of all the different components that are so important to recognize so that steps could be taken in a timely fashion . So would be great with more relevant and pragmatic advice for both patients and doctors.

    Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and for making this video! It is shocking how much damage can be done by high blood pressure and poor dietary habits. Can you recommend any books or articles on the ideal lifestyle and dietary habits which can help a person control blood pressure much earlier in their life? Thank you.

    I'm a non-medical person interested in medicine and technology and just recently learned about the micro-vascular issue of heart disease. I had been thinking of problems related to lack of blood flow that are insidious, and occur not only in the brain such as with 'silent' strokes, but areas that may only be seen in research but without clinical interventions. This particular video and others related to the topic are very interesting, thanks. Of course, once a person such as myself learns of the gravity of poor diet, the mind can run wild with the possibilities of what is considered normal aging is in fact an insidious disease. Luckily, I found the whole food-plant based diet and my total serum cholesterol dropped like a rock very quickly, as was my goal. That was 5 years ago and I don't bother checking it now. I keep on eye on my blood pressure. I previously would get cholesterol readings to flaunt on the web in the circles that discuss the benefits of the whole food-plant based diet. However, even with blood draw there is risk. It is not necessary for me personally now. As doctor John Mcdougall, author of Starch Solution, has discussed in his KZread videos and in his extensive writings on his websites, there is at least some bit of what he calls disease mongering in the US medical system. I am not overly suspicious of doctors but understand some procedures and ideas are unduly influenced by monetary benefit. At this time, I make sure I 'turn off the faucet' causing disease so that doctors don't have to 'mop up' the symptoms of my previously bad habits. That is a figure of speech that has been used by Dr. Dean Ornish in one of his books related to good diet and reversal of some disease.

    cant some people have this with no symptoms , if so how would you know if you have lvnc. or just wait till something happens?

  • @anyaw340
    @anyaw3402 жыл бұрын

    You definitely can. I'm 32 and just found out that I have it. My doctor saw that my blood pressure was high and she asked about my family history. I told her about parents with high blood pressure, and a sister who died of dilated cardiomypathy. She sent me to get an echocardiogram. That's when the LVNC was discovered; confirmed via Cardiac MRI. Ejection fraction is 36%. I have no symptoms at all. I did genetic testing, and it turns out I have two genes associated with this condition. I went from being on no medication ever, to now being on Carvedilol, Entresto, and Spironolactone.

  • @anyaw340
    @anyaw3402 жыл бұрын

    The only way to really know is to have an echo or Cardiac MRI done. If you're concerned that you may have it, I would suggesting bringing it up to your primary care doctor so that you can possibly be referred to have the exam done. With this condition, the something that happens could be a major event that kills you. That's the path I was headed down because I had no warning signs that told me to get checked out, and no one ever told my family that my sister's condition might be genetic.

    Novartis is currently under US Department of Justice investigations over Entresto. Entresto is one of the biggest scams ever pulled by big pharma. it's effects are nothing more than that of it's generic component, valsartan. Not only has a recent NIH sponsored study shown the added ingredient (sacubitril) does nothing (again), it could actually be harmful. People need to be aware that healthcare professionals are wrongly acting as sales and marketing agents for big pharma. Any truthful posts regarding the issue are usually promptly deleted.

    Respected Doctor, Thanks for your wonderful video. A few months back, my friend's 86 years old mother had severe breathing problem. She was admitted in a hospital where she was given some medicines via nebulizer, some oral medication, and the oral corticosteroid Prednisone. According to the Heart ECHO done, her LVEF was 62% and there was "concentric left ventricular hypertrophy". She was discharged and asked to continue the nebulizer, oral medicines including Prednisone. After about a month, she had severe breathing problem once again and was readmitted in another hospital. Here also they gave nebulizer, oral medicines and Prednisone to be taken orally. A Heart ECHO was taken in this hospital. According to the Heart ECHO Report taken this time, there is no evidence of left ventricular hypertrophy and no significant valve abnormalities. . The report says, "Pulmonary valve: "A" dip normal. No mid systolic closure." According to the report, the four chambers of the heart are of normal size and valves are normal. There is trace pericardial effusion and her LVEF is 78%. She was discharged and was asked to continue the medication including nebuliser and Prednisone. As per doctor's advice, nebuliser use and Prednisone were gradually tappered and stopped, and she got completely cured from her breathing problem in about four months. After a month, a Chest CT scan was taken as prescribed by the doctor. This scan report mentioned 'Mild cardiomegaly'. My friend has been regularly monitoring his mother's blood Oxygen level by using a pulse Oxymeter. By God's Grace, her blood Oxygen level has always been 97% or 98%. As the ECHO Report shows mild cardiomegaly, trace pericardial effusion and her LVEF at 78% (which is higher than the normal range), my friend is worried. He requests your kind opinion as to whether trace pericardial effusion, mild cardiomegaly and LVEF at 78% are normal for her age or whether it is a serious issue. I would be grateful if you can kindly let me know. Best regards.

Seeking devices that produce strong EMI brought me here. I am one of thousands of targeted individuals who are being tortured and mind-read remotely with EM weapons. One device that is found to be useful in our community is the induction heater.
