Were a KZread channel to show people who were and weren't born on a farm how we do things.
Were creating this channel to first hand our operation and processes we do with the equipment we have and the space we are not a very big farm but we are slowly growing our land available to us and getting some new equipment. Were located in central Minnesota and are dedicated to doing things as natural as possible to stay in touch with how to conserve land and water while feeding people
there will be videos of our farm and some of our good friends that we help bale hay and help with other things.

Are you seriously under that with only the jack holding it up?
Yes!
@@SmallFarmGuys please don’t do that.
Will do! We will find a better way!
I just inherited a RTV X1100C with 330 hours on it, I seriously doubt the oil has ever been changed.... Wish I had that done when I took it to the shop to get the injectors cleaned, when I got it, the fuel tank was full of bugs, hay leaves, and dirt.... what are the negative results if you leave those two Shields OFF ?? My acreage is just level lawn, not a rough and tumble farm like it came from.
Those shields are to stop stuff from getting up in your engine and breaking things if you have level lawn you could probably get away with out the but that’s a do it at your own risk kinda thing
Great video. My zd25 makes a constant beep sometimes when I'm Mowing and doesn't stop till I turn it off. Any idea what it means?
Unfortunately no ours has never made a beep
12 volts will not shock you
Never can be too careful!
Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Black Seat Cover for your Kubota RTV 500
We have our business email in the description of our channel! Thanks.
This does not look safe. Over inflating a tire in sketchy shape while standing right over top of it seems a tad risky.
Yes over inflating a tire is risky but following instructions carefully can save you from harm. This tire was used for many years after we fixed it!
Great video how much did this machine cost ?
There about 70k now
You did a pretty good job on showing people how to operate the switches you forgot one switch though it's the little box you lift up to disconnect the bucket other than that it was great
Thanks we always over look something when doing a video
Radiator should not be there in basic maintenance, other machines are much easier to service
You're supposed to open the vent screw on the top of the separator prior to draining fuel...
There are two drain plugs on the engine oil pan. The front plug will make a huge mess, oil runs down the belly pans. Try to use the side plug when possible.
Haven’t had a problem with the oil making a mess from that but as far as dropping the oil filter that I have mad a mess from lol
Awesome video I’ve had so much trouble connecting hoses on my old bobcat. I switched it over to the flat tappet hydraulic connectors to fit must of the attachments out there. So I learned to shut off the machine and depress all the hydraulic controls several times to release the pressure. ALSO THIS IS IMPORTANT connect the two lines on your attachment together as soon as you unhook them. For one thing it protects them from damage and dirt. Two it equalizes the pressures on both sides of the cylinders. And I still push my guts out. Some aftermarket connectors do not hold tolerances and are just too tight!! Thank you, Andy
I’m renting one of these next week and have never operated one before. At 77 years old there are still some firsts in life and your video was exactly what I needed to see. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.
Glad it could help you out
Crap view of the clip. Good info otherwise.
Yeah fair point but thanks!
Great intro & guidance. Worked out well with cold planer attachment connected.
Works like a charm so far!
“Roll forward” That must mean something different in you neck of the woods.
You know it!
Hah! Right there witcha
Good review, seems dumb of kubota not to have better access, so now i have to do mine. Just subscribed 🚜🇺🇸
Thanks! And yes it is very dumb that there isn’t better access but overall the utility vehicle is the best we’ve ever had!!
Amazing Video seems like this is fun.
It was!
What pound gvwr trailer do you use to haul this machine?
We use a 14k trailer
What’s the filter number
The filter number is V0631-51880
Fuel filter crossovers?
I have not done any cross over numbers yet its still under warranty so all Kubota parts are going on it
What year is your kobota 75 I got a wiring harness today but it only had 1 plug mine is a 2021? I think they gave me the wrong one
Mine is a 2019
I seem to be getting no power. In the fuse box, what would the 14 pin plug be labled as?
Not sure I would consult your dealer
My ass has a crack in it too. It still works😂
Easy enough, how often do find they need re-tensioning....reckon that is somewhat relative to what your running it for.
Yes it is relative to what you are using it for but we haven’t tightened them since we made the video and we have over 500 hours on the machine now
can you use synthetic
Yes that what we use
Thank you guys great detailed video. Big help!
Glad it helped always happy to hear
25 ftlb spec for the drain plug... my local meineke torqued it to 200+ lbs and the next shop wouldn't touch it for liability. they had to change oil by siphoning it out the engine bay with a pump. didn't know about the oil cap thing, you learn something new each day thanks for sharing
Yes you do learn something new everyday
When did manufacturers eliminate foot controls?
I don’t believe they have if I am not wrong you still can order them that way
It's easier to remove the upper hose
Yes it is
Good information
We try our best!
Thank you
No problem!
Good video we have a jd 4020 and a mf 362 but i always liked the Old case tractors especially the 1070 agri King and 2870 tractionking
Yes it was a work horse while we had it on the farm
@@SmallFarmGuys yeah I bet can't beat old iron God bless
No you cant
Poopoo peepee
Nice
Hilarious! Cant believe its already been over 500 hours...
Right, happened quickly!
Hey dumb dumb the trigger on your right level hold it in push the lever forward now it's in float.
Yes we know that. lol
Awesome vid man thanks for the help!!
Glad it helped!
Always the right video for the problem. Not sure if you boys are still posting, but I'm subscribing anyways!
We definitely are thanks for the sub
Do you know how to flush out the hydraulic oil? Is it safe to use other hydraulic oil because I don’t have Kubota oil only available was chevron hydraulic oil. And wondering if I can use it or how to flush it out?
Not sure how to flush it out have not done that yet
@@SmallFarmGuys change my hydraulic oil now it can’t go into gear or something it not going forward or reverse. Is there like a release valve or something for the hydraulic?
Not sure would consult your dealership
A recipe that beats Russian roulette .
Oh yes!
Did you drive on the highway at highway speeds ? Just curious cas I have something similar to that crack lol
No definitely not these tires never see over 25 mph and are never on major road ways
This is not good.
We got about 2-3 years more on this tire, so we would say it’s pretty good!!
Do u have to full throttle if using DEF fuel additive? I was told this
I don’t have def so I am not sure
what joysticks do you have? did you have to upgrade? i have an svl 90 and im curious if it works on mine with the left over controls on my left joystick
We did post a picture of the joystick in the machine so check it out
Thats dangerous thats a lift jack its for lifting cars. You need a floor jack to hold the car. Incase the lift jack gives out and your not crushed.
It's a trolley jack same thing as floor just smaller
Haven’t died yet!😂
Install a boot on the inside don’t do this people
That is another way! But this way worked for us and that’s the important thing. We got another few years out of that tire.
@@SmallFarmGuys I’m very surprised by that. I suppose I’ll try that then
Thank you for video The help was on the money Great vid I’ll be checking out other task I will need You for 🤘🏾👍🏾😅
Glad it helped
Very cute (The chicks) Lol
Thanks!
They’re not 11/16 they’re 17mm 11/16 has millimeters of slop
Drain plug is 7/8
Thanks for the correction!
Just for reference is that the DPF filter the black filter I'm trying to find my plug
If your at the back door of your machine it if straight in behind you water fuel separator is about 6 inches behind that
