  @@snowfire4680 If your expectation is to get the exact CTC figures then let me tell you my Friend that even the hiring Amazon HR can not share exact figures with you. Like mentioned in the video it depends on your current package too. With 3.8 exp, you can expect between 20-30 LPA

  Hi Vipul, it depends on whether you have applied for a job on direct payroll to Amazon or through a Third party where you are basically on their payroll and not Amazon. Other thing to note is that your new offer also depends on your existing one! This is something that will depend on your negotiation skills, not just at Amazon but in any company for that matter..
