Nobody can build a convoy like Canada. Vancouver bc to Ottawa only 125 miles long to arrive Ottawa and be called a small fridge minority by the public servants in Ottawa . I do believe these so called public servants forgot they where voted into that office and think they are a dictatorship. Good to know: soon as you said "jack up the car" I knew this was not as easy as the replacement instructions said it was going to be 😆 the new covers thankfully just snap on, seems a bit silly to secure such a flimsy piece of plastic with 5 massive lug nuts (which each probably weigh as much as the cover 😆)

Hi thanks for your video , I broke my scaphoid 20 years ago and only found out 3 years ago via mri I've been in pain but I'm a bricklayer and really worried about my options I'm going in for the four corner fusion as advised beacuse the scaphoid cannot be fixed. I only have 5% movement bending back anyway but just worried I'll get back to using it I'm in less pain than mote pain but they are thinking of the future as I'm at stage 3 arthritis

Yes have it done, I just had my left 4 corner and will be off for 12 weeks , now going to Physical Therapy twice a week. Workmans comp is paying my wages and full medical. Here in Ohio. I’ll be 60 tomorrow Jan 2nd !

60 sessions? My fucking fuckin workers comp gave me less than 10 sessions I cant even squeeze a pillow I've got 0 upward flexion I'm between a 6 and 10 pain level every day Happened when I was 24 That was 4 years ago I got screwed Dominant hand/wrist too I need to get some strengthening apparatuses so bad but I've been severely depressed for quite some time now and can't even find the mental strength to get back into the work force Fuck! God Bless :(

Matt, are you able to bend your wrist back with pressure? like if you were to do a pushup? I understand motion is limited by bending your wrist back on your own but im curious about once you put pressure on it. I'm 32 and found out I have a scaphoid non-union and theyre talking to me about four corner fusion and other options. Just want to know what's my best option

No I can’t bend my hand back to do Push ups. I can do them using push up rings. If your pain level is high and wakes you at night. And your losing strength and Support in your wrist. Then Yes , have the 4 corner fusion. To salvage your wrist and Quality of Life! God Bless! Keep On Truckin……

Curious to know if there's a follow up? after 6 years? I can help by explaining my history with a PRC. I chose this over the 4-corner. Have about 50% reduction in ROM and no loss of strength. still have a little pain though from time to time. I'm now post surgery 14 years, was told a PRC only lasts about 20 years.

Idk Sam, you’ll have to Speak with a Occupational Therpist. Or Someone like that. The Four Corner Fuse is Permanent. And really a Salvage Surgery. Very little pain. And Good Strength!

yup going to be undergoing 4 corner fusion here soon , just waiting on surgery to be scheduled , My Dr , is going to be using a spider plate for the fusion , left wrist was fused 8 yrs ago due to work injury but have no plates and it was not 4 corner , have amazing mobility in it , right wrist is worse , will take scaphoid out and go from there , thanks for sharing , makes me think i may do a series of my surgery and recovery

@@leisurely6711 I had the scaphoid and lunate bones in the left wrist fused about 8 years ago and not too bad in the arthritis as of now and got pretty good movement back in it after about 2 1/2 yrs . Now I had the right one done and had a spider plate put in and the scaphoid bone was taken out this was a year ago tomorrow, movement is not great in it yet , about 40 degrees up and 45 degrees down . Still working on it in therapy . I expect it to be like left and take a few years

I have same year freightliner and the window crank mechanism where the chain grabs to crank up is slipping because of missing teeth , do you know if there is a salvage yard or online to purchase???
