Sou de São Paulo, estou com uma mesa a uns 6 meses. Tivemos um TPK mês passado e começamos um grupo novo. Mas estamos desenvolvendo um cenário usando os módulos oficiais e algumas coisas de terceira parte. Seria legal ter mais coisa em Português aqui também.

It's too bad that the DCC cover art is bursting with flavour while the 5E one is just… that? Moving Otus's art to the encounter book was a good decision, tho. I still think it's not too late to just discard the 5E cover altogether and use Sanjulian's art for both.
there is a guy commenting in the backerkit that there is some kind of bonus material for the sailors on the starless sea? he said he red it on a blog but i cant find anything is this true or not true that the backerkit will have extra material for the adventure? (sailors on a starless sea)

Love Caverns of Thracia and own the original and several others. However so far I have seen no reason to make a commitment to what I am seeing being offered by Goodman Games. The 5E version is a no go and DCC does not excite me either. Would of preferred a generic OSR option on the table. I don't consider DCC really OSR. At first I was like excited but when I saw what was being offered I was like MEH.

Is the Isle of Serpents in the Caverns of Thraica book or in a Kickstarter exclusive add on?
Neither. The adventure will be available as part of the main DCC line (I think #109 - but I'm not positive). It is available through the backerkit crowdfunding campaign, so that you don't need to wait any longer than necessary. The wider Starry Archipelago, if I understand correctly on the other hand, is part of the crowdfunding exclusives.

I hope Goodman can keep supporting CoT and Dark Tower with additional products. Looking forward to what you guys come up with. I've backed. Call me crazy but I would love to see this and Dark Tower as one giant campaign setting and then placed on a world map together etc.
Well, we already have an expansion module each for 5E and DCC, with the potential of converting them over for the other system, plus another original adventure for both if we hit our current top stretch goal. I'll keep writing Thracia/Dark Tower stuff as long as they will let me. Caverns of Thracia is my #1 adventure of all time, and being able to even TOUCH it has been an absolute honor.
Bob’s enthusiasm for this adventure is infectious. It’s obvious there will be a lot of love in this release. Well done. ❤

I love this offering and I am wondering how this setting would work with the Greyhawk setting.
I think that there are a few possible options for tying this into Greyhawk. Lordship of the Isles/Duxchan Islands are already part of an archipelago, so you could always work on fitting it in there. The area around Irongate is certainly similar to Greece in both climate and terrain Of course, the god Pelor could easily be a facet of Apollo, so you could also go the re-skin route and change a little bit of the overall flavor without needing to recreate the entire dungeon. Does any of that help?

This adventure will work so well for an open table game. The ongoing exploration portion of it, and the sheer size of it? Oh yeah, good times will be had!

I think Bob's position on force spellburn is wrong. I am not saying Matt is correct though. I do not think it is definitively covered in the text. The sticking point was around that sentence about optional - something being up to the player to decide to do does not mean that that procedure is or is not followed when the rules decide for you. It simply means the player has a choice. There is nothing I have read in core or heard in this episode that changes that fact. There is no RAR answer to this question.
Bob had an attitude I didn't appreciate. Really made this hard to watch.
