I work in the field of slick line in Egypt. I work at Gharib Petroleum Services Company, specializing in slick line and I have good experience in this field. I would like to work with you if possible. My name is، Imad ،Masri, 24 years old. I want to communicate with you. If there is an opportunity to work with you, I will be very happy. Please consider my request. Thank you very much
Used to have a company in canada called nowsko. They called their coiled tubing "Endless Tubing". We all called it endless troubles. Didnt matter who it was- nowsko, haliburton, fracmaster, etc. the stuff was always collapsing and causing much anxiety when it was run in a H2S well and you had to pull this junk out while running nitrogen.
I loved that they had a sort of kzread.infoUgkxQ4x31pJVpClzhxzNFeILZYTW7Xbs7ZIF recommend storage case for it so it doesn't unwind and get messy. It was very easy to use and exactly as described.
Slickline*

Man this is Slickline . Not Wireline
Your famous Beck's!
I was a tech on open hole, cased hole and production logging tools for over 8 years. One company I worked for also did slick line.
I enjoyed your vid a lot. I have been trying to research for a KZread vid that really educates the ideas in this vid! That descriptions at 1:04 is knowledgable. Your explanation totally is like the channel of this informative health enthusiast Doctor Ethan. Dr's videos are educational and he helped me a lot on exams. Go check his YT out and give Dr Ethan a like here! 👉 #DoctorEthanScience
Is this in Hardisty?
How many times can the tubing be coiled and uncoiled before it needs to be replaced because of stress and deformation failures?
They keep track of the depth of each bend/cycle . So say if a frac plug is at 9273ft and you tag it and pull off several times before you drill thru it . Well just like a paper clip that part is wore out a certain percentage that an engineer collects the data and in certs it in a computer and then decides for the crew to cut off 20-200 ft to move that spot just in case the next well is the same depth of course at the end of the job . Called cycling the pipe . I am lucky to seen this first hand on sloppy engineers calculations and had one break with 6k surface pressure. so drilling over balance was like the roar of god coming thru 1.5 inch tubing about 7-8k psi with 20k ft of pipe . On a BP location . ....hopefully this helps
@@jtsuave6125 Yes it does help. BTW, I am an engineer and I knew there had to be a lifespan because of the bending and other stresses on the tubing.
what a helpful video here..... come get a good pay job and stop going around blaming the pandemic for your inability to get some income of your own... send an email to @brianna-co.oilrig@contractor. net for Ensign Energy Services to get an opportunity to work in the oil fields and keep the income rolling in... you can as well get a position to work from home

My boy did this for a while and said with some outfits it wasn't a job conducive to a long life span.
He wasn't wrong...
@@sallystarn6011 And he lived to work some more!
Do those trucks have a horn? It must sound like a cargo ship horn if there is one. I like the interaction movement and your video. Thanks
Yes they do! You can check out the video in the mine where the truck honks its horn before it backs up to the shovel. Glad you enjoyed this video!
@@lisapollio4480 thanks so much. I've seen strange KZread videos in different languages using Google Translate when searching for mining trucks.
I heard wireline jobs pay a ton of money.
Its a decent job with decent pay. A dying art to a degree as coil becomes more popular
Back in the 1980s I did this for 81/2 years as a tech on open hole, cased hole and production logging tools. The jobs then paid from about 70- 110 thousand a year. The engineers made the largest amount and us techs only made about 70. We got to stay inside when it was -40 though so it was a good job. $70 thousand then is about $190 in today’s dollars. The income stayed pretty flat over the years. I went into communications and we seemed to keep up with inflation a little better.
I talk to a lot of the wireline guys on location. They are the highest paid guys besides the company man. I’ve talked to at least 20 or so different guys and they all say they make 150-200k a year from only $21 an hour. They get a bonus every time they detonate something. And also when the job is complete
Hey, I see your username says “oilfield”, and if you don’t mind me asking.. is it really worth it to work at the oilfield ? In my first years what are the chances of me making 100-150k ? No experience .. just looking for an opportunity
@@dwraywhere do you slickline? I’m doing slick line as a lead in Alaska and I make 25 an hour on the Slope. I do 2 on and 2 off.
I work for a inspection company that looks at all this stuff trying to get on with a coil tubing outfit or E-line outfit
Slickline!
Production Testing or well testing ?
bro what are the stages in well testing
Initially, and if it's a recently drilled and completed situation, you refer to that as a well test which will document it's output at several points and settings.....before it gets tied into the pipeline for it's production value.
what is the role of flow tee ?
To protect the wellhead assembly
it said slickline in the dubbing
Very fantastic
Slickline is like Wireline except with slickline you have to work. Oh Ya Lonkar was rescued by slumberger
Slickline is wireline it's just not electric wireline.
When you said except you have to work, I felt that lol. We run greaseless and I thought we were busting ass out here it's my first oil/wireline job and going outside every two hours for 5 minutes to swap guns I thought I was dying but they got boys out there breaking they backs 🤣
Been there done that...Shitty work with shitty people....would NEVER do it again.
Is this cementing harder then the frac crew
longer days and more erratic hours
Please l want the parts of The Russian cement pump 320 (acreit) for cementing oil wells
good, very "educative information"
good
this is slickline!!!!! god!!!!.....wireline is better
Slick line - smart guys dumb tools - wireline dumb guys smart tools
