Too much time is spent in an office chair. My passion is for the outdoors and discovering it on two wheels.
This channel features my mountain biking journey through enduro, downhill and xc racing, trail riding and learning tricks. I might even throw in a little bit of skills training on my bmx or a road ride or two.
Enjoy, like and subscribe.

This is my dream trip for shredding! Probably never gunna happen though. Great stuff thanks for taking us along for the ride! 👍🤘
My pleasure! Plenty of places where riding like this is possible although the mega has the extra added aspect of it being a race.
See you next year!
I’ll have to skip next year cos of conflicting plans, but I’ll be back and in shape to shred 2026.
@@HFODT hell yes 🤙🏽
I've just gotten back into mountain biking after a 28 year sabbatical 😂. In my teens I rode with some very skilled riders on an old bike with no suspension. Anyway for the last 2,5 years I've been getting fitter and a little more skilled doing mostly XC and some technical trails on a Merida One twenty full sus. My wife bought me a Whole day at Flottsbro, DH bike, gear and lift fee as a birthday present. Any tips for a rusty 46 year old less than intermediate but more than beginner rider? I'm kind of worried that I won't be able for any of the trails. I've ridden Snoken at Yxbacken at full speed on my own bike btw. Didn't risk any of the other trails there due to my bike, skill level and standard helmet. Great vids by the way I really enjoy watching them.
Thanks! Glad you like the vids! I’d say, if you never ridden a big bike, get used to the bike first, so ride maybe enduro and grönsak a few times. Enduro to get used to how much the bike swallows and grönsak to get used to bike park speeds. Then onto grävet. Small jumps and fast single track with a drop and a really mellow jump at the end. Then if you want more adrenaline, the dh1 and 2 and guldkanan är there but I would look at those first before riding them. For dh1 and 2 you need to go fast -ish to be able to roll through the rocks. Free ride is also awesome and consistent for learning how to jump. Main thing is get used to the bike and the speed. The rest will come!
@@HFODT great answer. Really appreciate it, it doesn't sound as intimidating with that approach. I live in Nyköping so it's great to follow your vids from all the reasonably close areas for inspiration and tips. Btw if you've never been you should definitely pay Bergs Gård a visit in Trosa. Especially on an E bike. It's got a really nice variety of trails. 35 km of well maintained trails.
@@alanbuckley9348funny you should say that, I had plans to do that before I smashed my foot. In a cast for 6 weeks now, so that’ll have to wait 😂
@@HFODT That sucks bro. Hope you heal in time to get back before the season ends. Bergs is a really nice spot. Not much DH but lots of other good stuff.
Love it!
But wait, there’s like 4 more vids! Just for your enjoyment, high speed forest trails including one hilarious crash. Trying to ride a bike on a black ski slope and more! 😂
I"ll wait!
Good job! Watching that and seeing you brake more than you needed to time and time again because of having to pass people on single track... That and the pain in your foot obviously. A speedy recovery to you. Keep riding, we enjoy your videos!
Thanks! Yeah, everything’s way slower and way more exhausting when you have to brake because of traffic, I was almost 3 min faster on that track with less traffic in practice. There are more vids from the mega coming :) enough to cover the 6 weeks I’ll be in a cast!
New ways to hurt myself.. 52 I’m still in that game also.
Part of never growing up 🤘 I’ll be back for some redemption!
I think you looked fast up there! Man what a bummer the foot was though, especially since you didn't even cause it yourself.
Thanks dude, rode the track 2-3 min faster with fewer people on it, so the speed is there. But that’s the Mega, something bad will happen at some point. Question is how bad and at which point during the week.
Mega awesome!! Have only seen 5 mins and already had panic how crowded it's in the start, and how though it's looks with all the snow. Almost get sweaty back home here in the sofa. So long you doing great. Now I will watch the rest. Go go go!!!!!!
Thanks dude! Yeah the mega is an experience! Spoiler: I break my foot a third of the way through 😂
@@HFODTNooo! A broken foot, wtf. But still you did a great race, you should be proud. Going over the finish line with Offspring in the the speakers and a broken foot is memories for life. Maybe no bike park in Kisa for us in a while. Get better soon. Respect
@@KristofferLybeck thanks dude! I might be able to pull of a day or two in Kisa before the park closes this year, I’ll see what my physio says. Got Järvsö booked the last week of September so better be ready for that even if it’s xc on the e-bike 😂
Thank you! I am 52 now and started training for Megavalanche I would like to complete by the time im 55.
Hell yeah dude! Do a lot of upper body strength, stability and sprints and you got it! 🤘
@@HFODT thank you sofa king much!
i love that well done dudy
Thanks!
@@HFODT youre welcome sweet crazy Rider you get your kicks realy thanks for sharing cheers from France
Jävlar! Respekt, vilket race. Mina lår brände när jag såg racet. Måste varit sjukt jobbigt.
Tackar!
Oh shit! Have a speedy recovery. We're racing tomorrow
Thanks and best of luck! Heard they moved the start down to the quali track!
@@HFODT yupp, two h ago they were still wondering if its top start but they dont open tomorrow. Well, more time to enjoy things beside racing!
What about the video ability to capture details like license plate?
I think that really depends on the amount of light.
Good luck on challenger !!!
Thanks dude! Turned out my foot’s broken so I’ll be on the sidelines today.
Well done Mileta! Great to see the race. Hope for a fast recovery for your foot 🤞
Thanks dude. 45 days and it’ll be as good as new!
Utsökt! Du behöver editera videon med förklaring av benbrottet för en miljard visningar!
Det kommer :) Det här är bara en raw edit. Har nog med material för typ 6 videos :)
Seems like you're up to good speed!
Getting up there but never fast enough 😂
Super great video like always! Can't wait for some updates from Mega, will be awesome. Ride hard and keep it real!!
Thanks dude, updates are coming! This thing is hard on the hands!
Sweet stuff! You med Sweden's funniest man at around 2:40 😂 (Kristoffer)
Thanks! Can’t argue with that! 😂
At 30
Send it! 🤘
Such a great day! Nice meeting and riding with you 👊 Have a blast at the Mega 🤙
Thanks dude! We should absolutely ride again!
Megavalanche 2024 ! Good luck mate. Watching you take part last time got me into your channel.
Thanks! It’s gonna be awesome…love that race! There’s so much more than just racing involved, like surviving the whole week 😂 I can seriously recommend it to anyone, it’s a blast!
The blue trails at Järvsö downhill bike park is sooo much fun on a hardcore hardtail.
Yeah man! I should absolutely bring out the hardtail to Järvsö again!
I can’t even set it up. it’s trash. Mine stay in abnormal mode!!!😡
Weird. Mine worked great off the bat, is the app not working for you?
@@HFODT the app don’t work on my iPhone but does on my iPad. So I’m good with that. It only took me 4 hours messing with it to figure that out.lol
Thanks for the fun rid together 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thanks dude! Let’s plan another one!
I’m in the same shoes. Raced cross country about 20yrs ago. 20yrs without bike, then bought myself an awesome Ebike and have ridden some downhill tracks about 5 times in the last 3yrs. See you at the start line! I wish you luck! Stay safe!
I honestly think e-bikes are a great tool to get up to speed and just bang out laps. Instead of having to plan my life and family obligations around bike parks being open, I can winch myself up to the top of any local hill and ride the 1-2 min trails again and again…more trail time! Wish you the best of luck at the mega, hit me up if you want a riding buddy there, we’ll be a fair few people from around Sweden.
Hi nice video :). Can you please say the locaition thank you :).
Check Trailforks for Monchique in Portugal. The whole area is a blast!
Maybe if you ditch the cheater bike you'd actually get in shape 🤪
Cheater bike ftw! Try muscling one of these things through a tight trail 😂 turning with the Nomad is a dream compared to the e-bike.
Thanks for a great video. Will check it out.
Awesome, thanks!
Will check that out when passing by… thanks!
Awesome, I need to figure out when they have dog days there too.
Any recommendations on where I can get a dirt cheap jump bikes under £100?
Browse second hand sites and fb marketplace, I’m sure you’ll find something.
The app software is beyond garbage. Anyone know if other dashcam apps can be used instead?
any ghosts at night? i was running around thoose halls before they renovated
None that I’ve seen or felt…so far 😂
looked quite creepy with the belted beds and the teared fabric walls. kinda gave me silent hill vibes at night
Serious effort! Good luck on The Race Of The Races! ❤
Thanks! Nowhere near the fitness I had 7 years ago but getting there slowly…
should I get the XL? I am 6’5 230lbs, I am wanting to jump a little bit and ride trails. Please let me know what you would think.
It’s super hard to say. I can ride most L bikes pretty comfortably but I chose to go down a size for the fun factor. For me personally, I go down a size if I’m in between sizes. See if any local shops have frames with similar geo and try them?
Just purchased one and would have enjoyed you demonstrating all the functions visually as well as moving through all the app functions. Another aspect of the camera I really like is the rotating camera light. It signals approaching cars I have an active recording and is possibly a deterrent to careless drivers? My radar is an eye lens mirror which I never ride without. Cheers! By the way you never followed up on other comments wondering about clarity recording license plates.
Immagine if it had night vision too🔥
Would be a killer feature 😂
So explain more on the app do you need wifi to use the camera function
Are they fun: Yes. Are they ok: Not sure 😂 Very KZreadr unpro to have the jump beep on the Garmin on though 😉
The beep tells me when i go full rad on the rad-o-meter! :)
Glad you're happy about your new e-bike! I bought an e-bike in the summer of 2021 and it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I can go for longer with minimal fatigue and get on steeper trails = more adventures! 😍
Total gamechanger, specially in the winter. You can just plough through snow and ride trails like normal…well a little snore sloppy and slippy than normal but close enough.
Love your midschool Gt….great video brother,,,cheers from nyc ……stay rad
Run time is inflated. I did a test and got 1:41mins at max. Thats 19mins short. I had a fan blowing to it.
'promo sm'
I have the Garmin 715 Varia it has the radar light & camera. Just to let you know I use my phone with it & did not have to buy anything else from Garmin
Amd how much lasts the Garmin? 7h?😂😂😂😂
haha, such a muddy ride.
Wait until you guys see the one where I ride with your lights! 😛
Fan va fint, saknat dina videos :)
Tackar! Kan inte lova att de kommer laddas upp oftare änsålänge, men nästa år har jag lite större saker inplanerade så ser fram emot att filma och klippa ihop något roligt!
Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Some of my mates are talking about going to Åre next year, so it was really interesting to see what it's all about 🤘
Happy to do it :) I would say, visit Åre, it's one of those places you shouldn't miss. There's a hole lot of fun to be had, both in the park and in Björnen, the xc area to the right of the village. Try and find accommodation somewhere near the center and enjoy the afterbike!
Äntligen! Välkommen tillbaka!🤙🏻
Tackar! Småbarnslivet går inte riktigt ihop med wannabe-mtb influencer livet :)
Bro got the brightest light ever made to light up his face looks like he’s about to receive judgement from heaven
Might have forgotten to turn down my iso 😂
