Nice work. Full audition flashbacks from 1999! Amazing the energy in this recording
Thank you for sharing this work, brother! Is it in concert key?
Yes it is!
@@louisfletchermusic8556 Cheers from Brazil!
@@gustavo_pinheiroand hello from the U.K 😀
Thanks for watching! - Please consider liking and subscribing - Pdf available here: drive.google.com/file/d/18SLH6jpHLpswpfn5rSUisPVKAShOAlUD/view?usp=sharing This is my first transcription attempt of this size. While I am sure there are transcriptions available, I have not checked this alongside anyone else's work so if anybody spots any mistake feel free to share your findings below! Louis
It sounds so Chopin, and I'm loving it
Thank you for playing so well. I played the Sherborne Abbey organ once, back in 1972 when the console was down on the floor level just in front of the pews in the nave. It was part of a combined recital given by 3 or 4 Sherborne School organ pupils a few minutes before the Festival Of Nine Lessons And Carols when the place was packed with pupils and parents. Thanks for the memory!
Thank you for sharing your experience! You must be an OS then! I think they still have school-boys give a short recital before the Carol service till this day, but I am not entirely sure.
Thank you for watching. Unfortunately, I missed several manual instructions towards the end (going from the swell to solo and so forth). Hopefully it is self-evident where the manual changes are from the recording. Louis
Lovely performance. I especially enjoyed "L'Ascension. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching. I am glad you enjoyed the Recital.
This is amazing!! Fantastic playing :)
Thanks Ollie!
First Recital Here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y5-mzs2fgcLdZbQ.html Thank you for watching my 2nd Organ Recital! Unfortunately the angle of the camera was not as good as last time, but I decided to upload the video nonetheless. Timestamps: 0:05 Meditation on ‘Cross of Jesus’ - Fletcher 3:07 La Nativité du Seigneur: i. La vierge et l'enfant (The Virgin and Child) - Messiaen 9:44 O Mensch, bewein dein Sünde groß BWV 622 - J S Bach 16:00 L’Ascension: iii. Transports de joie d'une âme devant la gloire du Christ qui est la sienne (Outbursts of joy from a soul before the glory of Christ which is its own glory) - Messiaen
Very nice! How do you add the piano at the bottom of the score?
Hello and thank you! I am not sure in Musescore 4, this was uploaded on musescore 3 (you press P while on the software for the piano to appear). Out of interest do you prefer videos with the piano at the bottom to those that don't?
@@louisfletchermusic8556 yeah I prefer the piano
Really nice, I love it 👍
Thank you, glad you liked it!
This is epic! What was your brief?
Thank you! I honestly can't remember exactly, I think it was to write the music for a television series or something like that.
very lovely!!
🔥
Nice rendition Louis!! Hope you're doing well 🥸-Calum
Hi Callum, nice to hear from you!
ice cold Louis - keep shredding

fun little ragtime peice! neat
Thank you!
Wow it’s windy but the waves look fun 🎉
wow!! this is AMAZING!
Hell yes my man! This at only 14?! Stars in your crown!!!! <3
I can't stop listening to this on a loop. This is probably the best waltz I've ever heard, beating things like Waltz in A minor, Chopin. It does deserve full marks!
Thank you very much for your kind comment and support, although I can't say I have surpassed the Maestro!
I really love the 1:24 bit that lasts for about 3 bars. Wonderful!
Thank you for your kind comment!
noice
Looks dangerous…
A wonderful composition; at times I thought this was a previously undiscovered Chopin piece! Well done.
Thank you, I am glad you like it!
It sounds a lot like a Beethoven piece for woodwinds in the beginning, but moves into a more Italian stylistic mode in the middle (a lot like Vivaldi come to think of it lol). Absolutely love it!
Thank you! It's not that original but I am glad you enjoyed it. Louis

Louis I love this! Where's the sound from? Miles better than the duck-like Sibelius sounds 🤣
Thank you Ollie 😀 The sounds are from MuseHub for Musescore 4 - they are surprisingly good!
@@louisfletchermusic8556 I will deffo check that out - the most realistic sounds I've heard! Vibrato and everything!
What a bait... Stil, sounds nice!
Thank you! If you want to find the Star Wars version type Imperial March by John Williams 😃
Nice registration for 2 and 3 movement Mendelssohn Sonata!
Thank you, I really like the Choir on this Organ. I am glad the balance with the solo reeds came out alright, you may notice however that I closed the box at the end of the 3rd movement for the sustained note!
I'll admit I came here for the Star Wars one, but as I love all styles of music, I greatly enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing!
I had a feeling this would happen!! Thank you for watching anyhow, I am glad you enjoyed it! Louis

This is so good! Where are the other movements?
Thanks for watching Unfortunately, I have not composed them. Maybe it is something I will get finished in the foreseeable future. If I do, I will post them on this channel.
@@louisfletchermusic8556please do! I look forward to it!
Born to be a composer for sure
Thanks for listening, I am glad you enjoyed it! Louis

I can definitely hear Walt Disney’s Wish Upon a Star there
Thanks for watching!
Edit: there should be a repeat at the end of bar 46! LF
Where are the other movements?
Thank you for your question, I will post the 2nd movement shortly! I was never happy with how the 3rd movement turned out however, so I probably will not post that one.
0:18 why do i hear an extra C note in there?
For some reason it is a bit glitchy.
This is a very well developed Waltz! I rarely sit to listen through a whole composition like this. You considering a Mazurka as a next challenge? 👀
What a great idea! Would love to try this (:
not bad
great job!
Thanks, I watch your channel!
