  Aye, for these with just a plate, theres no added resistance the further you go up. Can use resistance bane thats attached to something behind you. Or a barbell. And you should do these decline.

  If you do over 12 reps of anything you end up working more cardio. Find a way to increase the weight.

  @@BlckstoneV1 yeah, with like 95% of exercises you want to keep it between 6 to 8 reps. Once you do over 12. You need to increase the weight until you can only do 6 to 8 again. Although there are some specific things you can train for where you do more reps or less range of motion or doing them very quickly. But majority of population can ignore these.

  The fate is just silly if you compare it to the pilot. It's bigger and still only shoots one round? If it shot 3 or more it would be superior, but sadly it's a lazy blaster. If you want a single shot rival knockout for ammo storage or pilot for modding and fun factor or a kronos or heracles for ammo storage and 5 shot interior magazine. Great video and comparison.
