Found it: you have to amass the required gold and after a while the second wave will be defeated

This is crazy man 😂 i think playing this game wont feel the same anymore 😂 I didnt know the siege tower is that strong I didnt know you can go up to the tower before it stick to any wall And why people call them flame thrower. They are fire lancers.

What is with the large stacks of units just disappearing? You seem to save the game, select a big blob of units and then a few moments later they all disappear. You even put a ":)" the first time it happens. It happens again just after 08:40. How are you just deleting units with the mouse? Console command?

It’s a glitch, there’s a certain chance that if a large army of troops walks on a series of traps, they will just disappear.

I made and finished a similar mission successfully in Stronghold 1, but with woodcutters. I have to admit that hunter's posts are way more efficient.

Actually this mission is absolutely boring...buy stones, block water crossings with walls and built towers + balistas in just one of them, but not adjacent to blocking walls. Open a gap in the wall where all your towers to lore / start atack to this spot, but biuld back before they reach it. The rest of the map is yours.

I loved this mission because the terrain was obviously extremely exploitable against the AI, but the final wave was ultimately the biggest wave you'll ever fight

seriously.. pulling all the archers to the front gate when its a double battering ram and large swordsman attack force ? when the fortress is concentric in layout , wtf XD pointless lose of half their hp ,should just put em all on the interior wall for range increase or is there some meta there to trick AI behavior ?

Honestly I don't know how you did that mission without problems. In my best run I had 13 archers left and SI breached my last defence. Maybe that will be helpfull for all frustrated souls - I ran around with my single archer until the allied archers (2 xD) killed all the swordsmen (there was like 7-9 swordsmen left). Sorry but this mission was fucking horrible... Great video as always!

The campaign consists of 5 acts. The Ballad of the Empire is a collection of stories about the mighty Alaard Empire and the other kingdoms that inhabit these lands. There are also campaign DLCs in the form of individual stories. Currently, another campaign in this world is being created, titled "Fall of the Empire". The campaign is in English and Polish. I encourage you to play!
