Is your cow dry aged? Mikhaila Peterson reported that she had a reaction to dry aged meat but was perfectly fine on unaged meat. I personally didn't develop an aversion to the cow I bought--it was 28 days aged--but I don't like the smell, and not crazy about the flavor. I've also had unaged frass fed beef with no issues.

Almost all beef makes me slightly nauseated. I generally stay with turkey and chicken (I know! HERESY!!!) Clearly your body is telling you something.

Grass fed beef is horrible to me, I cannot eat it. There really is not much difference in the store bought other than than grass fed has a little bit more omega 3. I will just add omega 3 to my diet and enjoy my grain fattened steak.

Are nitrates and nitrites really bad? Some videos say they are needed for nitric oxide.

My son has PVCs. He’s 28. They started in college. He had given up coffee and dairy and is taking electrolytes. He’s 30 days into carnivore and the PVCs are worse than ever. He says the magnesium seem to make them worse.

Apparantly coffee leaches magnesium from your body, so I have recently cut it out. One of my last bastions of previous habits that I didn't want to give up...I'm trying to feel better and if I'm gonna reap benefits of this Carnivore diet, I am adjusting my habits.

I keep waking up around 1am ,2M, and 3M. I fall back asleep at some point. But before carnivor, that never happened. I was able to sleep straight. I feel energized. But I don't like it that my sleep is split.

I had something similar with eggs. when we got backyard chickens after a few months of only eating our eggs I had an aversion. I powered through and everything went back to normal after a week. Try giving a friend some of the ground beef and see if they notice anything

Bottom line in.... meat is good to eat, since we learnt from meat what to eat..... On a spiritual level of understanding scripture, we are to eat from those who elivate us spiritually, yet those who eat from the dead have no benifit to our spiritual growth.

I'm very pale and user to burn super easy and it would take 3-4 days to heal. Now I can stay out in the sun way longer and the little bit of burn heals overnight now. Now that's not to say anyone can stay out forever, but increased immunity to the sun, That is true in my case

Diet is not a one size fits all. I am mostly carnivore, but do ketovore sometimes. Since I started carnivore, I get pain in my breasts during ovulation and pain on my feet after an intense cardio session. I supplement with iodine mostly. I also eat supermarket bought meat, mostly red meat, but occasionally chicken and pork. I also consume dairy.

It is primarily related to the carbs in the diet. The carb addiction is much stronger and results in more universal impact than what most realize. The persosn's own body is betraying them for the sake of the hit it craves. Not mysterious.

PRICE per POUND Please... Price per "pack" is useless info for viewers... A $20 pack of what? 2 pounds? 5 pounds? Makes a big difference, and size on camera is deceptive.

I had exactly the same reaction to a pack of grass fed beef mince. One sniff and it was utter nausea. Luckily I had only bought that one pack. I bought some more after abput a month, from the same supplier and mixed it with minced pork and made meat balls. It was fine, delicious even. None the wiser, but odd to know it happens to others. btw that original mince was very much enjoyed by my dogs, in the no-waste carnivore house.

For ground beef and bacon i go to gordon's food service. 3.40 a pound for 10 pounds of 80/20 and a 3 pound back of thick cut bacon is like 10 bucks. No membership.

You can either change up the way you cook the meat by cooking in different ways and adding different things. To what they give it unique taste and you can also try incorporating different types of meats outside of beef near for a while at sea does that help

A good fast would help along with some really hard physical work. Do a couple of hard sweats like sauna stuff, Add a few wild herbs, some garlic onions and hot peppers. Make meatloaf out of your ground. Go for some real meat like elk bison deer yak or whatever. Maybe just eat less often I love the carnivore but we raise our own and hunt a lot. Cheers

I have found that some grass-fed meat is too gamey for my taste. My only suggestion is to grind it with some grain-fed meat. I recently bought a meat grinder to make my own hamburgers and pork sausage. This way, I know what's in it, and I can make it as fatty as I like. It tastes way better.
