In the beginning very hard or impossible to fold if not having strong hands. After a while however, it's gets easy. I am 1.72 m and this gets already close to the maximum to be really comfortable but there is an element of personal preference since I like to keep my back straight at all times. I never tried other types but the rolling resistance if so low that even a very lazy person can roll it with a gentle push and then it rolls unexpectedly far out. The speed will be low but the stability is assured. I never go very fast as I brake with my feet. Without suspension, it's very hard on bumpy roads and so some walking with it, is sometimes required. I see it more as a way to do sports while also going somewhere and my speed is double of walking then. It's spartan agreed, but this also means not much can go defect. I don't know about other ones but this rolls so easy that it's even usable in the hands of people who have been sick and need to build condition again. I think it's absolutely worth its money but I can't compare to others.
