Nice technical
This is an incredibly silly question, but since the folks working at Bevco have all of your different accumulation solutions available for yourselves to use (unless they are immediately sold to customers after these demo videos rather than being stocked in a warehouse or test facility), have you ever put several of them in series to make one enormous accumulation thing, like a kaleidoscope of bottles of cans in many different motions? - and hopefully not stopping the line too. I realize that would have almost zero practical application though, but it would be interesting to see if you ever had the opportunity to try that.
Hi, David - that's not a silly question, who wouldn't want to create an infinite loop of conveyance and accumulation? It would be like a Hot Wheels track for containers! The closest thing I can think (at least that has a practical application) would be this double recirculating accumulation table: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nKN-2M-uh9zSgNY.html Most of the products in our videos are sold after they go through testing in our shop. Every application is different, so we talk to our clients about their application and try to recommend the best solution. So far that hasn't led to any kaleidoscope set ups, but never say never.

Hi there! I'm not sure about the largest size we've ever done, but our largest accumulation tables are Bi Directional or Flow Through tables. We can make Recirculating tables pretty large size too, even with mass flow infeed. We build everything custom so if you have a specific application in mind, let us know and we can take a look and go from there. You can reach out through [email protected].

Can i know how to make sure the bottles after blowed is clean and safe to use? any data to show it is better than water wash bottle?
