  I'm not suggesting she lacks the strength to do this b*******I'm saying that if any guy with a certain body weight followed through it's not difficult because of the way the s*** is set up why don't you take the risers out and just have them stacked on top of each other most of these board breaking tricks are b******* and have nothing to do with punching power in a real situation now not being a dick I'm just saying it's ridiculously pointless and silly to do these kinds of feats they are not bricks their quarter inch slabs of concrete on little risers so that as they break the inertia going through if you punch through will carry over to each subsequent quotation brick quotation. Whenever you see someone breaking s*** nine times out of 10 it's set up to be breakable by a human being who commits to the technique and follows through. If you had four or five of them you wouldn't even need to follow through you only need to follow through because of the amount of them but every piece of concrete on its own is flimsy and the risers make them break in order as a kinetic energy travels all the way through so you have to commit you cannot pull your punch you have to drive it drive your punch like you're trying to knock it through the floor at that point it has nothing to do with strength it has everything to do with commitment and a little bit of technique knowing how to drive your weight downward. I promise you that any legitimate amateur boxer who decided he was going to give it his all in any weight class would go right through these with ease oh excuse me he might have to practice once or twice on something smaller these feet are so freaking stupid and as Bruce Lee said so eloquently in enter the dragon boards don't hit back it's just a stupid parlor trick and everybody who knows anything understands this so stop with the b******* she's got my respect oh wow nobody believes a woman could do this everybody knows someone who focuses and follows through can do this it's a mental cast of whether or not you drive your punch through and commit if you don't aim behind where the last thin slab of breakable concrete is you will probably fail so you have to punch and drive your weight all the way to the ground. I have seen this done and I have broken boards in stupid karate classes and it was effortless. I never worked up to this fee though because it's too stupid to even imagine because I moved on to other things like boxing that makes sense
