I will be using plastic jars but warm water will make the jars go funny, would I be able to use room temperature water and just use glitters and glue? Would it still work the same?
Hi! That's an awesome question, and to be honest I'm not quite sure as I've never tried it with plastic jars. My thought is that if you have one glass jar or metal can or something you could mix the glue and water in there first to get it to dissolve, then transfer it into the plastic jar to keep for it's permanent home. Over time even with the glass jars, the glitter settles a bit at the bottom, but comes back with vigorous shaking. So you could also give it a try with a plastic container and maybe with alot of shaking, it will all diffuse itself. Keep me posted on how it goes! :)
Oh my goodness yes yes yes yes yes I'm so happy I found this one! I follow your yoga for IBS at least weekly. It turns out that what I was using it for symptom-wise were actually failed implantations, but now, I'm pregnant! Your yoga has given me proven relief, and I prefer your tone and flow, so I am so ecstatic that you have prenatal yoga! I'm so excited to start doing this one now!
Awhhh yayyy!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to share a comment and your experience. It sounds like you have been on quite the health journey! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am delighted that the yoga and videos have been so supportive for you and I wish you all the best in your pregnancy! Warmest blessings to you and your growing little one :)

Wonderful to see another video. Glad you haven't retired
Thank you!! The past year flew by, but hopefully I am back in action with more videos this year. I have two more videos ready to come out in the next few weeks! Any requests for specific topics for more videos? Thanks so much for your continued support!
Requests? Well, this recent video is awesome..... just wish it were longer so I wouldn't have to loop it and endure the commercials. On a completely different note, what about hypnosis videos? Do you do those?
@@stanzavik Longer videos! I will work on it! Usually I try to set the views so it only plays ads at the very beginning or end, I will follow up on that! I also dislike when a video plays ads in the middle. I will work in getting some guided self hypnosis videos up...thanks for the suggestion!
Hi, I`ve been doing both programs for about ten days. I haven't noticed much improvement on my digestion yet, but I have been sleeping better :)
Hi Laura, I am so glad to hear that you have been sleeping better. Sleep is such a huge component of overall wellbeing and health. It can have lasting impacts on our mental wellbeing overall, as well as giving the body time to repair itself. I am glad to hear that the videos have been correlating to improved sleep for you, thank you so much for sharing and I hope your digestion feels better soon!
@@CaitAllison Hi! I'm very happy to receive a feedback from you. I have in fact been doing better regarding my digestive issues :) However I wanted to ask you if it was possible to give me the link (or reference) to the studies you mentioned in your video related to the effectiveness of yoga on dealing with IBS. Hope you make some other videos on this subject. Thanks a lot.
@@lauragasque4292 Hi Laura, wow, that is awesome news! I am delighted to hear that you are feeling a bit better over the past few weeks with your digestion. I am very happy to email you that link, along with a few more recent things I have found. Can you send me an email at [email protected] with "request for links" in the subject line? That way you don't have to share your email here in a public way and I will send that along this week! Thank you for taking the time to comment and watch the videos :)
Thank you very much 💕
Thank you for leaving a comment! So glad that it resonated!
when should we expect results after doing this? should it be done everyday?
Hi Julia, it really depends and varies person to person. How did the practice feel in your body? If it feels helpful, then having a daily practice whether all of these asanas or just 1-2 of them that really resonate can be helpful to support the body. The key is to always listen to your body.
Thanks
So glad you enjoyed it!
i’ve been having diarrhea so i thought i’d do my yoga day today in connection with my tummy. This was great! soothing
I am glad to hear you listened to your body and let your body lead you for what your yoga practice would be today. I am delighted to hear it was soothing! Warmest blessings to you!
Hello i am ibs D sufferer I am often in pain Is it ok to do this yoga session while you have belly pain or is it better to wait for a pain-free moment ?
Hi Narbeleth, I am so sorry to hear you are in so much pain and suffering with IBSD. That is really tough. Personally, I will do these practices when experiencing discomfort or pain, and find relief, but if the practice makes the pain worse for you, I would recommend stopping and listening to your body. Sometimes when the pain free moments are few and far between, it can be tough to find a time to do the practices. I often encourage clients to take these exercises slowly and gently and if anything feels like too much or exacerbates your discomfort, pause and skip that part of the sequence. Wishing you warmest blessings in your journey!
@@CaitAllison thank you so much for responding. I am trying gently and if the pain does not go away, I have at least some emotional release and feel more relaxed. Greetings from Milan, Italy ❤️
@@narbelethderaude9043 that is wonderful to hear that you are able to be gentle with your body. I am so glad that you can have a bit of emotional release and some relaxation. Thinking of you! And thank you again for taking the time to share a comment!
Hi Cait, can we do these exercises when we have mild hernia, last month in the check up, doctors told that I have mild hernia. I have a large gap . Please suggest will these exercises cause any problems for hernia
Hi Gayatri, thanks so much for your thoughtful question. Every body is different so it depends on what your doctor is recommending to you. Is the doctor recommending anything in particular for the hernia? If it is mild and your doctor has cleared you to continue on with physical exercise, then these exercises should be fine and shouldn't interfere with the hernia. It's important to continue to listen to your body and if anything feels uncomfortable or too much, pause and stop the practices. Just listening to your body is important overall. I hope that helps!
Yes Cait, doctors told me that abdominal muscles looks very weak, they asked me to do abdominal exercises for strengthening the muscles, and later hernia can be treated. I have just started these exercises, is there any specific exercises for strengthening the muscles or this diastasis exercises are enough, please suggest me, thank you
@@sarayusamala Hi! I am glad to hear that the doctors have encouraged you to work on strengthening the abdominal muscles. These exercises are specifically designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles, as well as support recovery from DR, so it sounds like they might be a good fit. If anything causes pain or feels like too much though, pause and listen to your body!
well done ma'am. for the first time I did workout for diastasis recti and felt it in my pelvic and lower back due to ur detailed explanation. I enjoyed it thanks

So true!! Thanks so much continuing to check out my videos, I appreciate the comments! 🙂
Dear Cait, thank you for these videos on DR. Could you please do more on this topic? And is back-bend or twists allowed if i have DR?
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment! I’m so glad that the videos were helpful…did you find the DR playlist on my channel with additional videos? Twists and back bends (depending on how extensive your DR is) can be possible when you have a good connection with your body and if you aren’t noticing any pain or significant bulging. I sort of operate on start with least pressure and build up incrementally while listening to your body and if something feels like too much or causes pain back off. I hope that helps! Warmest blessings to you! ✨🙏
OMG -- I wish this video was an hour longer! 🙂 (Glad that you're still making content)
It's so great to hear from you! Thank you so much for your warm words of kindness! I am trying to get more content out!
Hello mam, is cross-trainer safe for diastesis recti? Or would it worse? Kindly advise 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Chitra, I believe that it should be safe to cross train in DR as long as you have good body awareness and can pause if something hurts or doesn't feel right in your body. The key is listening to your body. Check out the DR playlist on my channel for additional information and principles to apply to cross training! Wishing you warmest blessings!
@@CaitAllison Thank you very much mam 🙏🙏

Hi If one can achieve normal belly with the help of excersise then what is the use of belly wrap after postpartum? Pls advise
Hi Vijaya, every woman's body and postpartum experience is different. Some women's doctors or midwives might prescribe a belly binder/wrap temporarily post partum, especially when they may be a mom of multiples. However, ultimately movement and gentle exercise is often the thing that strengthens the muscles to recover fully from DR when they are cleared for exercise by a doctor. Check out my interview with a pelvic floor PT on my diastasis recti playlist for additional information and resources. It's important to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Wishing you warmest blessings!
I have 1 finger gap..do i need to do till zero gap to do other routine exercises??
Hi Preethi, thanks so much for leaving a comment! Most women have about a 1 finger gap, and there will be a slight separation between the two rows of rectus abdominus. If you are cleared by your doctor for exercise, you should be able to still do other routine exercises. I always encourage women to listen to their bodies and do what feels right for you in your body. Warmest blessings to you!
Love it! Y’all do have such a beautiful space there!!

Mam i have divarication of Recti with umbilical hernia..can i do this except. Please reply
Hi Saranya, thank you so much for writing. I would encourage you to check in with your doctor to see if you are cleared for exercise. Every woman's body is different, so it's important to listen to your body as your move through the practices. If anything feels like too much, just pause and listen to your body and skip that pose. Wishing you warmest blessings on your healing journey!

Okay now listen. You don't need to show me the science for me to understand this works. Is it okay to sit crosslegged when you have DR?
