Simple Science Answers

Welcome to Simple Science Answers! I am here to teach and spread information on everything science related. However, I specialize in the basic sciences and medically related knowledge. Why did I start this channel? Well, after 2 decades of being in school, I have found that educators often teach material in a confusing way. My goal is to teach you in a logical, well-structured way that helps teach WHY stuff happens instead of simply WHAT happens. If you enjoyed any of my videos, please "like" and subscribe to spread these videos!

USMLE, COMLEX, NCLEX, NAPLEX, NBDE, NPTE

I'm slightly curious about graft vs. host. I thought that T cells need to develop from their own "home" bone marrow and mature in their own "home" thymus. Sure, if the graft is something like CD34 cells (don't know if that's done) or bone marrow, yes, I can see the graft cells having a footing and proliferating at least some in the host. But some other organ? How would graft t cells be able to mount an attack without having the support of their own thymus, etc.? A solid organ would only be bringing at least somewhat mature t cells, it seems. I'm probably misunderstanding something.

One comment as I had a now late friend do this as well there two different types of uppercase letters. serif and sanserif. A serif is the end pieces sort of like winglets. Usually they match serif letters are all serif and likewise sanserif are usually well without serifs! WHY people mix in sanserif the serif 'I'. Thus making an uppercase (capital) look like the end of a steel girder! In Europe where I am from never mixes in serifed 'I's with sanserif letters. We generally use ALL matching capital letters either serif, or sanserif. Looks more educated as well. I could never understand Americans using serif 'I's only! Maybe because the numeral one is just a straight line like a sanserif 'I'. We usually put a little 'flag' on top left of the numeral one designate it is a one and not the letter I. We also cross our sevens as well. This not to confuse a 7 with a 1 - especially in handwriting. Otherwise your dissertation was spot on! BTW I am suffering from ETEC right now, always having to run for the great White Porcelain Throne with the backside squirts!

In men there is sry, and in women there is Rspo1 and Wnt4, if the two genes Rspo1 and Wnt4 do not work then you will be male even without Sry and Y chromosome, and that is how XX men ( sry-) was born.
