In my country, it's a bit more difficult and expensive (Almost the same price maybe) to get this joystick than the Thrustmaster TCA. Is the WinWIng still a better option, or should I buy the TCA?
I do not recommend TCA . Winwing is much better!

i bought it 2 weeks ago order from taobao i am in hong kong, i hate the thrustmaster TCA stick, rudder axis is design flaw cant fly with it rubbish, winwing is hands down 10 times better in all aspect,. all problem gone, game changer

It's not that deep; cities expand faster than our capacity to build airports for them (and you also probably don't want to drive 2 hours for every flight). But mainly, it's just not a lot to ask for pilots to do this; it doesn't measurably impact fuel or flight safety, and these sorts of "stepped" climbs are incredibly common for terrain/weather avoidance so are in pilots' repertoire.

haha love the question. I am a real pilot, but I do fly the small planes. I actually do want to test my knowledge in a Level D simulator, that is the closest to real thing (Like Airbus A320) - to see it I can really fly the big bird.

these are european controllers, because vatsim is worldwide
Actually as a german vatsim controller i can tell you that most controllers over here can speak at least enough english to talk about basic stuff with pilots as most of the people have to learn it for at least 7 years in school. But actually it doesnt really matter how good you can speak english since everything you need to communicate with pilots is the correct phraseology. The reason why the accent of some controllers sounds that bad isnt that all of us just have a thick accent but rather that all of us (at least in germany idk about other european countries) are told in atc training just like in real life that we should pronounce some phrases differently. For example 3 should be pronounced "tree" because its easier to disinct on frequnency. Even though there are some controllers that still have a accent or some that speak poor english the reason behind the pronounciation is much more than just to sound as german as possible.
