When you place drainage viaducts into the area, you prevent the water from soaking into the ground water reserves, thus insuring the ecological death of the area. It is far better to simply not build in the floodplains or construct reservoirs to catch the water and let it soak into the underground aquifers, where it will be accessible via well drilling. Fresh water is far too precious a resource to simply flush it back into the sea.

I was in the school that the threats was on there was a list and names were on there which were the people she was going to kill and I thought I was on the list but that was scary panic in are school it was hard the police were involved I think the person that made those threats went to my school The same school that I went to had two bomb threats on it my school cought on fire twice

Personally, I think it's stupid to make something like that and then say look only. It should be made for the enjoyment of the people who visit. But I'm from Seattle and we have a big fountain in our downtown public space in which people play all summer.
I don’t even speak Spanish, but that dude had a lot of charisma. He was awesome and guys like hammer dying every day. It’s very sad that generation can never be replaced.
There may have been language barrier and the family did not understand. Signs should definitely be in English and Spanish.
