I gave up with her recommendation and used soray easy off. I am it sure how it will work and it may voud the warranty but i couldn't stand the grease on the top. So it was either easy off or the trash bin.

I bought one of these from, first time something stopped the motor it stopped working. I didn’t even get the chance to use all the attachments,A little extra research showed that this is a common issue.

This doesn't address all issues. In my case, the pin that presses down on to the "reset button" is stuck. So, I have to maniuplate it with a chopstick so that the unit will operate - yes, with the lid on. Can you make a video about how to unstick the pin? That would help.

Hello there! I bought Cuisinart coffee maker model DGB-800 but unfortunately I broke my carafe. I was browsing wanted to buy a replacement, I saw a 12 cup carafe thermal and I think that is the carafe of model DGB-900. If I buy carafe thermal 12 cup, is it compatible to my coffee maker. This is really bad. I find that the Cuisinart processor is very difficult to figure out for a first time user. To be useful, the video needs to take the steps much SLOWER and needs to have a professional videographer zoom in. This thing is very hard to figure out how to assemble. This video was no help.

Hi. Something is wrong with this product. The fry pan 10'' is not 10 is only 9.5''. The 8'' is 8 what they said, but 10 is not 10. Is 10 with rim together what is not correct measurements. The 8'' is 8 cooking surface between the walls , and with rim is 8.5''. The pot, and saute pan is the same 9.5'' not 10.1'' what they said. Why they not made it 10''? was more better. Another thing is about the fry pan nonstick what is a caricature in my opinion, because, they said is H= 3.5'' what is not, is only 1.9''. The Stainless steel fry pan have H=2.1'' what is ok, but the nonstick is not 2.1 or 3.5 what they said on the description. They need to redesign the multiclad pro, the name said pro is professional but is not , because of the size is not what suppose to be. The pots and pans looks perfect design but not the size. Maybe some people say so what? So what? Because they sale something what say is 10 and is not 10, this is the problem. Is not good for pan too, because is too small and the nonstick is too lower. I read some review and a lady said is nice but don't have lid. Can use the lid for the saute pan, but if use it the lid can touch the bottom of the pan because is to low,You need use the glass lid what is different shape, is not flat like stainless steel lid.But maybe I want to use the metal lid because is more nice and easy to clean. Anyway the nonstick is too low, this pan can be made the high like the stainless steel one, this is the perfect size.
