Well...as you understood, you were wrong, Israel came in fifth place and won most of the votes of the audience in Europe and the world. In fact, if it weren't for the political vote of the jury, Israel would have won the entire competition. I suggest that next time you try to express a real professional opinion and not a political one, maybe you will be more successful in your predictions. Until then, you are worthless !

What's your problem with Israel given the situation exactly? I suppose you don't want them to defend themselves or even exist for that matter. I've watched many, many reactions to this song. And fortunately, you're the only ones who have criticized it in any way. Israel should should have won the competition.

First and foremost: love and peace:) Thanks you have reacted. I will try to explain what I mean. I mean, Eurovision is not about song contest at all. It is the most if you wish "unsportsmanlike competition" in the Universe. It's all about politics, maybe, since ABBA win in early seventies. In the last 20 years, as for my taste, no song was ever good enough to even get an entry to an international song contest, if we take into account pure "musical" qualities. As for me, any serious musical analysis of the Eurovision candidates is a waste of time. But, you started first))) Now, we're back to politics. First, Israel was almost banned this year. I have full respect to the organizers, who kept strong against all the anti-Israel (read - antisemitic) protesters and pressure. Remember Malmo is the most anti-Israel city of Sweden, and, probably, Europe. Second. The song was originally called "October rain", and every word of its original lyrics, including a small Hebrew part, every dancer's move was a reference to the October 7 events. The authors were raped to change the song's lyrics TWICE before it was cleared to enter the contest, leaving almost no "political references". People in Israel feel this by their skin having goosebumps every time they hear it. The original song version had much more lyrics sense, than all the songs of Eurovision from the last 10 years together. Third. During the event, Israeli delegation was a subject of hatred. Other artists demanded to move them to another accommodation, and they were moved. People on the streets were protesting against Israel, not the song. Israeli delegation was permanently under physical protection of tenths if not hundreds guards. Eden's performance was booed by the public every time she performed. Eden was boycotted by majority of the delegations. Fourth. Israel has got 0 points from my beloved Ukraine, as I am of Ukrainian origin. ZERO. Both from the jury and public. That's from political reasons, too. As Eden lived and performed in Russia, including occupied Crimea. She was a child of 13 then. She was born in Israel, but her parents went to Russia for their business at some moment of their life. I cannot blame Ukrainians. And I respect their feeling (read-hate) to Russians, no matter what. And, for the conclusion. You both put the song "low", maybe not even entering finals. But, YOU BOTH WERE WRONG (and that's exactly was I said). Jury voted politically correct, no doubt. People of Europe voted by their hearts, hating the changes happening at their homes last years. NEVER in the history of Eurovision it had so much difference between jury and home voters. Israel has got 12th place from jury NOT BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE SONG. The song had 12(sic!) first place votes from the public of Europe! That brought Israel 2nd in peoples votes, and 5th in total. And, if Eden had less ties to Russia, she could be the first one in public opinion. Which all in the end is an ENORMOUS, UNCREDIBLE WIN for Israel, and young talented singer Eden Golan. But, people of the world (small letter by intension) are so ignorant... So let it be a voice in the wilderness.

I find it very disingenuous that you allow comments on all of your eurovision reviews EXCEPT for your review of Eden Golan's Hurricane, where comments have been disabled. Is it because you were getting too many positive comments about the song? Or perhaps because both of you fools( You and Anya) were so epically and hysterically wrong about the songs placement in the finals? (Anya " *Hurricane* Will place as low as possible" )😅😅, I sure hope none of your listeners are relying on you for the odds! I'm afraid both you and Anya have allowed your tiny little marble sized brains to interfere with what you should be doing(reviewing the music) and your personal prejudices. Lol!

@@HitOrShitEurovisionReviews so you think the winning song with empty words, will be remembered forever? Even before you listened to the Israeli song, you started pulling faces revealing a musically unprofessional attitude of obviously antisemitic. As for the war, you obviously have no care in your heart for the people of Israel, who were murdered, be headed, burnet alive, put in the oven to cook, pregnant woman having her tummy slashed open and the baby head chopped…o, yes, you will forget that…but God above, the judge of the whole earth who knows your heart, will never forget; and that is the most important thing we, the Jewish people, hold on to; He alone is our hope…is He yours?

What is your problem with the line "Baby, promise me you will hold me again"? Do Israelis not deserve to mourn their dead? To long for innocents that Hamas kidnapped?! Both of you, such nasty people, so much hatred! Well, she didn't end up in the bottom, did she? The only reason she didn't come in second place was because of the elite anti-semite judges, that were as nasty as you... Does it scare you that the European public doesn't hate the Jews as much as you do?! If it doesn't, don't worry- Sweden has already fallen, and you are allready experiencing a small amount of what we have for years.

She is here to stay, she is diamond, she going to shy for all world for many years from all biggest stages include Hollywood and this season of EV will be remembered as most corrupt year in all history. My suggestion don't make videos about music anymore you both don't understand nothing in music. Besides this song was not a COPY!

Your immaturity and pettiness is really shining through and it’s quite laughable. You seem to have forgotten that this year’s Eurovision theme was “United Through Music.” I have watched countless reaction videos, and every single one put aside politics and judged this song on its merit. You’re literally the first of at least 20 videos I’ve watched the rated this song poorly. Needless to say she placed fifth (which only confirms you have terrible taste in music) and would have been in the top three had the jurors not gotten political, as you did.
