    Was this recent? Trail looks pretty clear. We went last year in August total of 5 sprinter vans and the step up was crazy.

    Mmm I shot this a week before I posted it. Very recent. Yeah if you’re coming up in a sprinter van I wouldn’t suggest coming in through the normal entrance lol. There’s other ways to get to bowman lake.

    @@krissryanmndz506 should be just about. It’s actually fairly short. Only took us about 20-30 minutes if I remember correctly.

    @@krissryanmndz506 it’s actually pretty steep uphill in some portions. One really off camber section, a coupe water crossings, but aside from that the trail was pretty easy

    I just installed mine and once full, it doesn't feel like it supports it well enough. I would like to ask how does it hold up to some rough roads and or bumps?

    It’s a little wobbly with the stock set up. I eventually ended up making my own mounts. You can use a couple 100lb zip ties to keep it from rocking but then you’d lose the ability to take it off. No issues though off-road it just rocked back and fourth lol

    Yeah it was the sharp turn with the step up lol I think she would’ve been fine if the jeep guy would’ve give us way. Usually the people going up have the right away but the guy kept going 🤦🏻‍♂️ Love bowman, we try to go up twice a year if we have time. Cheers 🍻

    There’s a little door you can take off. You can then use something like a box or half of a cup to block the initial flow of oil so it doesn’t go everywhere. Then replace it with a fumoto valve if you’d like

    This video is how I found out they only sent me two relocation brackets, so now my front end is torn apart and I can’t finish until I get the other bracket. Do you have to have the part by the passenger side bolted down?

    Tbh I’m not 100% sure, I’d ask the cali raised guys to see if they would be an issue in the mean time, I would think structurally the front ones are the most important.

    Ok thanks for the reply. Now for some reason my bolts don’t line up exactly with the holes so I gotta figure that out. Did you have any issues getting on the 6 bolts? Me and my neighbor just wrestled with it for 30 minutes before calling it a night

    Oh 100% gear is easily accessible through the side doors and it’s very sturdy. I also sleep in the bed when I go camping.

    I’ve had the same one for years & it works great. Only issue is the air gauge broke very early on which is a bummer. Don’t rely on it to be accurate, always have a traditional gauge in your rig.

    You can contact cali raised for that info, but I believe I used the same torque spec as the similar SSO bumper

    Which lights? Usually we run chase lights to let the person behind know how much space they have, and ditch lights or light bars to let the person in from know if they lost someone in the dust. The front lights also let people coming from the opposite direction know we’re coming up.

    I haven’t any issues with scratching. If you want to I suppose you could lay a microfiber across where the straps would make contact and where the buckles are. I hated sleeping diagonally or curled up in a ball lmao. My only downside is it does kinda get floppy when it’s windy. But I figured out if I push a backpack up against it, it got rid of that issue.

    Do you need a relay when you are connecting your light bar to the power switch? Does the garmin power switch replaces the relay? That is the missing information I’m looking for.

    @@shiggyTacoma yes it replaces the relay. each contact on the garmin powerswitch is rated at 30 amps, so as long as your draw in under 30 amps then you don't need the relay. The whole point of switch controllers is to remove the need for having relays for most of your devices. Adding a relay would be redundant in this application. In your case, you would cut off the on/off switch if wiring to a switch panel like a power switch. you would only need the two wires that go directly to the light bar. The positive wire would connect to your switch panel output terminal, and the negative wire would land on a ground terminal. That's all that is needed for a light.

    It’s didn’t leak lol it looks like you unlocked it first before putting it in the hole. First align the hook towards the gas hole edges then you unlock it and push it down so it can pour easier I have one and it works fine

    Sorry for the late reply I might have unlocked it before I picked it up and didn’t relock it all the way lol. But either way it mostly to show how cumbersome and clunky it was to use and that the fill time was extra long with the oem nozzle. With the free flow nozzle I found it’s less cumbersome, clunky, and overall emptied the roto pack much faster. Overall less work and headache.
