Nomadic Jayye

After living in the Washington DC area for almost 20 years, I decided to quit my job, sell my furniture, my car and my house and start traveling full time. Hopefully you will join me as I explore the world. Join me as we explore the world together.

The server just had a bad accent! It's called a "buddy" and you pronounce it exactly like that. It's a plastic bottle of cooldrink, either 440ml or 500ml.

Colón is very underrated and honestly neglected by the government. As a native of Panama City and having family from Colon, I believe that Colon could surpass the Panama City if the government invested in it.

Thanks for recognizing Kenilworth Park which is presently under National Park Service, the northern part of Anacostia Park System….NPS has transferred to the authority to the DC Govt. So come back in a few years…….our neighborhood is in transition………stop putting the word “Avenue”. behind your use of Kenilworth Park….im in the neighborhood since early 70’s…..

The metro from the airport (Tocumen) is a total of $0.80. You take the metro outside the terminals. You can use your credit/debit card if you don't have a Metro card. You take the metro to the Corredor Sur station (two stops and last stop), and transfer to the Metro Line 2 to San Miguelito (last stop). At this station you look for the signs to Metro Line 1 toward Albrook, considering you are heading to the center area of Panama City. When you get to the desired station, on the way out, you scan your credit card or Metro card and you'll be able to exit. In total is $0.50 when you enter, and $0.30 when you exit. A total of $0.80 of a dollar from the airport to the center.
