  I think there's a mod on PC which prevents the Krogan warlord from being sync killed, might try that mod out and see how it works

  On platinum you definitely need more shields especially if you're doing it solo

  @@leonardodavinci7425 A solo would be tricky and the enemy would find you fast enough in that scenario anyway, but you don’t need more shields for a regular Platinum game.

  i played the crap out of every class in the game to grind achievements, so i'm comfortable running any character. But once i had all the placards to choose from, and i decided to just settle in to playing for *fun,* i became an N7 Pally for life- he's all i run anymore. 6/6/6/4/4, with my geth scanner, A/P+expanded clip collector SMG, Acolyte with melee & power damage boosters as backup, and usually cryo or incendiary ammo. i play him with the heart of a vanguard, charging in and shield dropping when the enemy sees me rushing their spawn positions; tech explosions for *days,* especially when you learn to firebend just right; a well-timed shield slap can parry away atlas missiles, geth rockets (trickier), praetorian melee jabs, brute charges, and every kind of banshee attack except grabs, so just find a ramp, yo! Then learning to stutter-fire the collector SMG to better manage ammo (that the A/P mod can put through light cover, and the scanner shows you where to shoot/snap freeze)-- i honestly don't know why every match *isn't* an all-Pally squad (maybe a Juggernaut for unstabbability). Not that i'm complaining, a single Pally is a points sponge because you gobble up the points for everything killed by explosions you've primed, no matter who detonated them ("i'm just carrying them to extraction for the whole team, i swear!"). 🤘🏻

  The build shown in the video is good for Gold and lower but see the alterations in the video description for something Platinum viable too. Strategy is the same as demonstrated here

  @@Bwnci i allways go for the arsenal packs to get N7 or legendary guns but those collector guns are so rare to get you have it on X you so Lucky my max level gun is on level 3 but at least all players on gold have max levels OP guns and it helps to get fast credits for boxes also wish pack you reccomend for getting the Geth Juggernaut i have seen People use it and they are inmortal in front of bosses and in control making the battles more easy for the team but it never drops in boxes

  Idk if he says this in this video, but the warlord can get insta-killed. He destroys everything else, but ive had my hardest time solo platinum-ing with banshees in the field.

  Coming back to this all of these years later I just have to laugh. In the military world there is a saying about countries with militaries that suck. "Those who can, do. Those who can't lay mines." I just thought it was so appropriate for this character. Except these guys are awesome.

  drop the electrical hammer because all it's really good against is Geth, and everything except a Prime is going down with a single charge melee, get both damage reduction perks for tech armor, because it's better than the damage reduction from fitness, and all damage upgrades for Biotic hammer, don't take the double charge. With all the melee upgrades, an omni blade and strength enhancer II, with just a single stack of rage you can 1 shot a brute in silver, if you get behind a Banshee and get a solid hit to her back you'll take out ALL her barriers, half her armor and stop her charges. If you use a Geth Plasma Shotgun you have a good long range option for the escort and hacking missions, Crusader is a good choice too but I prefer the Plasma Shotgun because it has a mini stun effect on most enemies. Also, TAKE THE RAGE MODE!!! There's no point making a melee build if you're not doing all the melee damage that you can, shields are useless because you have health regeneration so you want to get that up as fast as you can, being a tank is superfluous, between you knocking enemies across the map and you're teammates doing their thing, nothing is going to last long enough to kill you unless you run in alone and unsupported. For gear, Hydraulic joints for maximum melee damage, adrenaline mod for speed so you can get in fast and run away from the Banshees and Phantoms, because again, shields are pointless with this build

  I remember YEARS ago the infinite rpg glitch with the destroyer. You needed a specific sniper and I had it too. A very nice Frenchman told me about this bug and we abused it until it was patched. We easily did plat like it was bronze. Good times. Wish I could play the game again

  @@Brealfrank25 Platinum with this guy was suicide. I got sync-killed by some type of enemy since all factions are combined on platinum. I've gotten the farthest with the geth soldier and his flamer despite it being dreadfully boring.

  Just wanted to say thanks and that i hope youre doing well. I used to watch you and Darcblade back in the day. And your attitude and humor still holds up. Currently showing my pregnant wife Mass Effect Legendary Edition and she is loving it. In my spare time and due to kicking up ME again i wanted to play this. But I dont have an xbox anymore so I restarted on PC; and guides I used 10 years ago, I'm using again today. So thank you for being timeless.

  i dont know if you still read this but i get sync killed basically every round. brute banshee everything. even when i try to only charge them from behind and instantly back off for shooting the gun. its just constantly. any tip?

  You need to make yourself familiar with what triggers a sync-kill and only charge in when it’s safe. Phantoms, Atlases and Scions can sync-kill any player after a melee attack, so if you see or get hit by their melee, back up and force them into a range attack before charging in. Praetorians need to melee first too, but they’re too fast to escape from if you are. Either attack when they are aggro’d by another player, or attack from a different elevation (i.e. on a slope/staircase). Banshees can only sync-kill in their teleport stance, whereas Brutes are unpredictable but far less likely to try. Safe bet is to treat them like Praetorians.

  @@Bwnci thank you so much for your fast and useful response. still coming back to game over and over again. still using your guide only because i love your approach on diversity. maybe you could answer me two more thing. 1. any tips on how to farm cyclonic modulator effeicently? im always out. 2. are you aware that the games difficulty is fps depent? like 30 fps on console and enemies have less aggression and accuracy so to speak. and 60 fps on pc its like constant dying.

  @@Methabolic I have a store guide video for spending your credits efficiently. Besides that, the only trick to getting lots of Cyclonics is making money and playing more builds that aren’t dependent on them. If you got a good group of friends, having the host drop-out and reload the lobby will enable everyone else to not spend their consumables in the next match (hopefully I’m not confusing this trick with Andromeda :P). A higher FPS will make enemy attacks more frequent, but will also make your character more responsive. Swings and roundabouts. Your best setting the game at a pace that works for you.

  @@Bwnci oh i watched every single me3 mp video you got also for the store. there are just some things that feel off for me like having too little equipment and dying in an instant with almost every character on gold and beyond. turian soldier works mostly best for platinum in my case. do i have to be the host to change how much the enemy attacks me by lowering the fps or is it individual?
