A lot of UK immigrants from Hong Kong were from New Territory in the old days . Most of them were working for catering industry or running with the business of Chinese restaurants and Chinese take away shops by their own in order to make living . Is not an easy task , but require with a lot of hard working and patience. Pretty sure Lisa’s Dad been went through with all these challenges before when he was just arrived in UK long time ago.

Great wee video. You can get boots for the dog. I first attempted the West Highland way with my dad in 1980. I was 14. We didnt finish due to the weather. I was then going to do it in 2020 but Covid stopped that. Im now hoping to get it done next year if physio goes well. And yer dad is a good guy😂

Jenn 2-1. Jenn had better defence and boxing and scored a lot of good hits from punches. Lisa had better kicking and fitness levels. Lisa, KEEP your hands up. Poor defence cost you this fight imho and I would not have awarded it to you if I had been a judge (sorry!). Use the leg more to help neutralise Jenn's longer reach and better boxing technique.
