My grandmother rented this VHS for me at our local video store. As a kid, I thought it was awesome seeing The Jetsons and The Flintstones. As an adult, I think some people felt it was long overdue. One more thing I want to point out is the promo for "Scooby doo and the Reluctant Werewolf." The footage shown wasn't from the movie, it's from the episode "Moonlight Madness" from the Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo show.

Even though Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs first released on VHS in 1994, I believe if it was part of the Classics collection in 1987 in honor of the 50th Anniversary, I'd do a similar supplement like this after the ending title card with RKO Radio Pictures, but with still images and texts like the laserdisc of the Work in Progress cut of Beauty and the Beast with the voice of Mark Elliott narrating the intros. Here's how they'd go in this order (you will note that some of the wording, I got from this closing but with different sayings to differ from this video where they actually came from)... [Special Collector's Supplement/1967 Promotional Trailer (background: Dwarfs on tree trunk during Heigh-Ho)] In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Walt Disney Home Video proudly presents a special collector's supplement to the classic motion picture. This unique collection includes rare footage specially displayed for your viewing pleasure. Here is the original Snow White coming attractions trailer, produced by Disney for its 1967 re-release. [Academy Awards Excerpt: Shirley Temple and Walt Disney (background: Snow White saying goodbye to Grumpy before leaving with the prince)] At the glamorous 1938 Oscar ceremony, Shirley Temple presented Walt Disney with a very special Academy Award for creating the very first animated movie. [Tricks of Our Trade: Billy House Dancing Footage (background: Snow White's dance in The Silly Song)] Billy House served as live-action reference for realistic dancing for Happy in The Silly Song. This scene from Tricks of Our Trade shows how the animators studied his motions before they drew it on paper. [Bonus Song: Music in Your Soup (background: Snow White testing the soup from the cauldron)] Music in Your Soup was intended to follow The Washing Song as a way to show how the Dwarfs got the soap out of Dopey, but unfortunately, was cut because of storytelling reasons. The complete voices, music, and sound effects still remain, and are presented here with cleaned-up pencil animation by Ward Kimball. [Pencil Reconstruction: Bedroom Fight (background: Dwarfs' noses poking over the bed frame)] Originally, Grumpy still wanted Snow White gone from the cottage, which led to a big fight in this longer sequence deleted from the final cut of Snow White. The actual color footage and soundtrack no longer exist, but thanks to these pencil drawings and newly-recorded voices, Disney reconstructs this argument with the original musical underscore. [Additional Sequence: Evil Queen at the Cauldron (background: Evil Queen holding the goblet as the thunderbolt mixes the potion)] An additional moment of the Evil Queen preparing the Poisoned Apple was carefully preserved in the Disney Vaults in a fully-completed form. This footage showcases a brief verse by Lucille LaVerne that plays while the Queen mixes the cauldron before she dips the apple into the brew. [Copyright Screen] (C) 1987 The Walt Disney Company All Rights Reserved Well? Do these sound like good intros for those Snow White bonuses?

For some character to be inspired by another figure, there doesn't need to be direct parallels regarding everything they do. We know for a FACT that X-Men is applying the oppression and crimes committed against Blacks in America, to a group of White/Jew superpowered mutants. And it's pretty obvious, seeing as how X-MEN were created during the HEIGHT of the Civil Rights Movement in 1963, which would make it literally contemporary material of the times. You can try to spin it all you want, but there is more evidence X-Men are allegories to Black oppression in America. Funny enough, X-Men doesn't have many Black American mutants, just one from Africa...with White Hair. Probably one of those fake "Hamito-Semitic" people that the Scientific Racist made up when they were stealing African history. 😂

@@OMINOUSVHSTAPE no those arent facts. the allegory really doesnt even work as well cause theres legit reasons to be wary of mutants. in the very first issue of xmen ever made, xavier even states this to jean, that he understands why humans may be scared of mutants and that theres mutants out there justifying those fears

No, it wasn't always. Woke today has become a self centered form of a power grab by claiming victimhood. The people claiming to be oppressed today are doing it from positions of power. Also, Magneto was originally the leader of a group of mutants that he himself called a brotherhood of evil. He wanted to kill and destroy and he knew he was wrong. Magneto has been retconned from this personality a bit at this point.
