  2:08 Most Muslims I know get up for morning prayer(Fajr) and then go to bed. And they sleep until the next prayer (Dhuhr).

  I live in Scotland and during summer the fair prayer is so early it goes up to 2 am and it’s hard for me to wake up this early cuz the Isha prayer is also very late but I try my best to pray on time

  Hey @husnajolay I have a very important advice for you to sleep early and wake up early if you have read (why do we sleep by Matthew walker ) in the book it says it’s a must to sleep 8 hours so try to sleep after insha and wake up for fajir pray then sleep for only 2 hours to complete 8hr later on the day try to not sleep at all you’ll get tired and eventually fall asleep easily after isha doing this the 1st few days will be hard but it’s scientifically proven that it’s mandatory to sleep 8 hours by this you won’t feel sleepy all day also keep in mind to get a good sleep you must not drink coffee or anything that contain caffeine that will decrease the sleep quality which will eventually lead to a sleepy and not well functioning brain day I will recommend you to read that book it contains very useful things a very important point in this book is that lack of enough sleep or bad quality sleep can lead to depression anxiety stress and many other bad things may Allah keep it away from you and everyone so yeah read the book pls lastly may Allah help you in your life (this advice is for everyone reading it )
