How did you remove the buildings, am I missing something?
Hi, you first of all need to buy the land the decorative buildings are on. Then either use the sell option using R3 or the Demolish tool in the build menu. I hope this helps. 👍🏼

how to get stone paint texture
It’s in the landscaping menu under painting. Paint textures are map specific so depending on which map you are using the paint textures will vary.

So which "area code" is the one for Calmsden?
Calmsden is located in Gloustershire which would possibly come under the Bristol registration office which would be one of these codes: WM, WN, WO, WP, WR, WS, WT, WU, WV, WW, WX, WY. It does depend on where the vehicle was bought, so Oxford would be a possibility too I guess, which would be one of these: OA, OB, OC, OD, OE, OF, OG, OH, OJ, OK, OL, OM, ON, OO, OP, OR, OS, OT, OU, OV, OW, OX, OY. Hope that helps.
are you using a controler or a mouse to build it out?
This is all done using a PS5 Dual Sense controller. As far as I know a mouse doesn’t work on console although I haven’t tried it recently.
Great job man. I think I might attempt this because I’ve been struggling to pick a map to choose to start my main farm on haha I keep jumping around looking at all the new maps. But if you have any recommendations let me know. I was going for a “king of the hill” vibe so Texas setting. Haha. Cheers.

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it. I know what you mean, there are so many new maps and I hardly get chance to look at them properly. You’ll be looking forward to Stone Valley releasing, I believe it’s getting close now. The map I think is probably closest to what you’re looking for would be Frankenmuth Farming. It’s a nice map with some Pre-made farm areas which can be deleted and remade as you want. I like it although it’s too flat for my liking. I prefer the undulating hills of the UK. @@RetrosorterPlays I did end up trying the Frankenmuth map but it was a bit to flat for me. Now I’m just trying to find one to stick with. I do a bit of everything when it comes to farming. My first and main farm is on the base map elm creek. But I want to start a second one that way I could play online with people now that the game is cross-play since 19 wasn’t. Let me know if you’ve got suggestions. I’ve tried several modded maps.
I’m currently playing Greenlands with my son, it’s a great UK map with a few different farms.

I just checked and they are still there. The number plate style is specific to each map. This video refers specifically to the Calmsden Farm map by Oxygendavid as he included UK plates in his mod. I believe that at the time of writing this it is currently the only map which has UK number plates, but there may be others.

You can use mods on ps5? I’ve never played farm Sim before and thinking of purchasing
Yes mods are a big part of the game. The PS5 mods are more restricted than some of those you’ll find on pc due to scripts not being allowed, but most are available. I can highly recommend the game, it’s a chill out one and the community is awesome. Crossplay between PlayStation Xbox PC and Mac and even Stadia if you play without mods. 👍🏼

I don't know anything about designing video games but I don't think it would have been hard to make most of the existing farm yards on the maps usable... I mean all the had to do was leave the doors open lol. Also awesome video!

Sadly Giants actually has put extreme censorship on number plate text.
That was inevitable with the game being available to children.
