First time playing this game, been around since 60k for F1 setups. Can’t believe you have a guide for what i didn’t fully understand on this game. Thanks for the tips i actually care about like your lifespan reasoning. Truly the GOAT
Can you make a canada wet setup please and other tracks you haven’t posted yet be much appreciated 🙌🏼
This game is Trash. When I don't TUNE the car with a set up my starting position are 5 and 6 with both of my drivers. WITH THE TUNE UP setting my positions ARE STILL THE F***ING the same!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
FYI your racing setups for brake pressure won't work for Fanatec CSL Elite pedals. It's taken me a dang month to figure out why I had to use assists for the first time in years. All I had to do was drop the brake pressure to 95(ish) down from 100 for all of the dry setups. I'm back to being fast again. Huzzah! Love the channel Keep up the great work!
My breaking is a little bit to soft at the start but the last 20-30% to max break is to heavy. Ideas?
Keep them coming :)
Olá sou um grande fã seu, sou do Brasil muito bom seus vídeos esse setup vale para agora da data de hoje?
In loge monaco, but god im terrible at it
I’m new to the 24 game. I don’t understand how I’m cooking my rear tires completely. I’m driving has I always did, can’t understand what I’m doing wrong
After watching ur vids and using the setups, I’ve increased my lap times by almost 2.5-3 secs faster
All companies use magnetic shifters 🤣 and they all make noise!!! If you can’t handle the noise don’t race lol
This was an amazing video bro
Wet setup?
Big fan as always
Good setup but I’m really struggling with the front left tire. It’s on 24% after the race trim programm while the others are on 10%
Is it a bad idea to design new parts as "balanced"? I dont seem to rise the ranks at all
Ive started as Team #11 and have designed every Part as balanced First races we're p21/p20, now im getting p12 and p15, so for me its working
Will this stop the twaty AI from keeping crashing into us???
Goat
This setup is way too loose in the rear...
I use 2 sets of softs in P1 (15 laps each) and I only move the angle of the wings to get optimal straights. It only takes 29 seconds. If you move the rest it takes 4 min and 24 seconds. It takes no time when you move them between sessions. Try it.
I has the R9 @ 40-45% strength, any more and you will hurt yourself! Power is mostly a MARKETING $$$ with minimal benefits. You should be using transducers to get the rumble from the road, engine, etc to your rig, NOT the DD base!!
Number of engineers relates to expertise gain. So its the best bamg for buck to limit it to 1 engineer at a time for r&d
Not bad but I was a second up on this setup until I got to the back straight and lost half a second on the straight
Great game, other then the fact I get massive grid penalties for swapping engines, ers systems and gearboxes both within practice sessions and before a race weekend. 🙄
AWESOME SETUP🎉🎉🎉🎉
The AI are insane on the straights. They were gaining 3-4 tenths in the first half of the straight. In 7th and 8th gear, it’s the same top speed though and you actually pull a little. I just don’t understand their acceleration on 110 AI.
I normally just save and simulate to quali and then take a photo of the setup then go back to prac 1 and try line it up.
Is working the same with f1 24 ??
I feel like we're playing different games lmao most of this stuff is just straight up impossible on my end
I play career mode and sometimes I have a dry setup for qualifying but then the race has rain. Do I just alter the bits I can to what you have recommended or do I have to go differently because part wet and part dry setup is bad?
or Simply use the F1 manager set up calculator..
Is that a app?
Well that just defeats the purpose. Kinda ruins it
@@willbb and ???
Can you direct me to the video you did last year that explanes how to do the math to see how long each set of tires will be competitive for or could you show us again in a new tire video
the game is completly broken full of bugs basicly unplayble don´t waste your time guys
There is also a website where it tells you what the oerfect setup is. I use it and have 100% every race
Kinda defeats the purpose though doesn’t it, ice to have a challenge
@@michael-zg3ej il I was just saying
@@michael-zg3ej I was just saying lmao. Not at any point I said use the website
@@ConstantSoda368 I know bro but it’s like cheating isn’t it, each to there own but I like to raw dog it
@@michael-zg3ej yea like if you just want to get into quali it's easy to just do only takes P1 and P2 for it
Great guide. Question: Why reduce the "Pace Mode" on the runs? According to the on screen text it has no influence on any car component, right? I normally set it to the max, to offset the loss from the Kerds and Clean Air options.
its practice, the result you get or position doesnt affect anything in the game. So you go on double save mode to decrease the chance that the driver shunts and damages the car. You can even go a step further and ingame give both drivers instructions to avoid kerbs and drive in clean air to further decrease deterioration of engine and components
@@ignacioalvarez3395 appreciate the answer, but that was not my question. My question was "What component is he protecting by running a lower Pace Mode?". That's the question. If you run a higher pace mode, you get the laps done quicker, so you get the driver's feedback faster.
@@ruioliveira1832 If it functions the same as during races, all these (curbs, clean air and pace modes) will negatively impact the drive components.
@@ruioliveira1832 For example the engine
@@StevenRegna Thank you. How do we know this? Because it's not written in the UI, unlike when you push Fuel for example.
Your videos are so helpful man, so easy to understand!
The wheel cost less than £50 to make.... let that sink in. It's eye candy reminiscent of a gold digger acting more expensive than reality. No wheel is worth £400 and up. I built a Porsche 919 LMP Wheel for £300 all in. To buy it was £1200. So what is all the cost for? £300 cost & £900 for the brand?
Pouhon flat is incredibly difficult!
Can I use this set ups with quali in career mode or only race ?
My shift feels stiff using controller
Thanks this was so useful I managed to go from p19-P1 in 10 laps in career mode on 103 ai
Following the guide, turning my steering angle down to 290 helped so much, I always felt the car would never turn in properly with the default value. Thank you so much!
These vids are so helpful but the 1 thing I'm finding, or not finding I should say, is any issue running engine braking of 100 in races, which they keep saying is not a good idea. All I have to do at most is click the brakes forward a click if the rears are locking up and it's all sorted.
Far too much $$$
Especially as parts & labour will be max £300. So you pay £600 for the brand name. Stupid money for most people.
Great as always thanks!
new controller calibration for 1.07?
Will there be a setup video for the 1.7 update?
1.7 didn’t change setups
@@SimRacingSetups There was a handling update for Controller player, and sadly it's undriveable after the 1.07 patch, maybe you can some advise which changes in controller setups and track setups we can do. Pls help us. Theres also a Petition to revert controller handling before the 1.7 patch. Sadly F1 24 is not enjoyable any more after the latest patch for us controler players
@@Berni9925couldn’t agree more, it’s awful now
@@cinabiitgamingamen, it’s awful now. I had no problem on 110 difficultly before. Now I’m struggling on 105, same setups, faster car…
@@SimRacingSetupsplease help us controller peons. We need you more than ever
Idk if its just me but the steering feels to sensitive for me is there a perferd setting that doesnt make rlly seno
Ure great mate!
Been playing with my own little tweaks from standard setups. Eager to try out yours this evening.
