The wires on my refrigerator a lot of my wires were cut. I just spliced them together. I don't know why they came up with that design. The wires are taught and put a lot strain on the wires. I wish I wouldn't have bought this refrigerator!

I do not believe that the use of conventional compressor instead of linear one work as expected, because the linear compressor does not work with ON OFF control temperature, it works with incresasing or decreasing the speed depending of thermal load inside the frige. So when you use a realy taking the PWM signal of feedback signal from Condenser fan just stopping the conventional compressor when defrosting process starts.

Great video. What kind of a relay did you use? I purchased a 12 Volt Automotive relay and it won’t work. The condenser fan runs on 9 volts and once energized the voltage drops to 4. Also the board is not able to see the operation of the new compressor. Getting 3 flash codes. Any ideas? Thank you.

I try that and don't get it to work you are not getting,12 volt to the fan and next the board will not respond with out the compressor in the circuit thanks let me know what you think God bless keep up the good work

Mi lavadora frigidaire inicia en lavado en cualquier modo y despues de 4 minutos se apaga y se pone el display en inicio nuevamente. No lava ...pero si centrifuga muy bien. Ya le busqué y no encuentro porque pasa eso. Ya quite y revise la bomba agua y esta bien.

Excelente video pero tengo un problema. El abanico tiene 4 cables y tiene 12vdc constantemente. Cuando se apaga el condenser fan todavía tiene 12v y por esa razón no se apaga el compresor. Tiene algún arreglo para eso? Gracias!

did the amount of refrigerant needed change? my swap is only getting into the 40s frdge/20s freezer (f). once it gets this low the lowside goes 0 or negative and the high side is down at 100.

Sounds like it’s either undercharged, leaking, or restricted at the filter drier input

What is the difference between the EGX 70HLC and the em3y60hlp? or should I use EMBRACO # FF10HBK/FF10HBK1?(I have a French door, 2 drawer freezer ice and water in the door) thanks

im wondering which one to order also, the ff10hbk seems common for others to use, but it seems to need a hard start capacitor on it. maybe the egx70hlc has a start relay on it?

Good video and information. 1. I respliced the wires with buttsplices with heat shrink and crimped them together. 2. Filled the ice tray with water to get it back working, the water froze, now its working just fine. You also may want to change the water filter if it's old. Thanks for the video!!!

no you can not , that Is a thermistor (NTC)

Buenas tardes quisiera si le es posible me ayudará, tengo una lavadora Frigidaire marca Effinity, ella cuando llega a28 se le prende la pantalla con la palabra, pausa, y de hay en adelante se demora y no trabaja como debería, tengo k estarla chequeándola constantemente y es un gran problema lavar en ella, le agradeceré su atención, gracias y pase buenas tardes.
