James, It is called by many names. The only difference really is where you are as to what it is called. Pareo, Sarong, Lava Lava, Lungi, Izaar, it doesn't really matter. Here it is actually called a Pareo (Par-Ray-Oh). From what I have found it may be also spelt many different ways. Unless you are refering to the video itself, then of course you are totally correct. Cook Islanders call it a Pareo.
